Fridge froze up, so milk was frozen. I reported this to Reception before I left today. Room 23. Probably need a new fridge. Somehow housekeeping missed resupplying a new dish cloth and tea towel. On checking under the King bed in main living area, noticed very dusty under the bed. So under bed needs uplifting and a vacuum as well as vacuuming the carpet too. Outside Room 23 entrance door, one of my friends tripped at front door ,she did not see the step before the door. I would recommend yellow tape on the step or provide another black mat. Lucky she did not fall but her coffee went on the lino inside unit, which we wiped up. Thank you.

The location was very good, close to The Warehouse and not far from restaurants on Marine Parade. The room was large and comfortable although a little outdated in the decor. The bathtub was huge and very nice to use, although it took a very long time to fill and refill.

There was a huge puddle in our room when we entered because the fridge was switched off, meaning the ice had melted on the ground. Other than that, no problems.

Great location. A newly renovated kitchen. The room had essential dishes, a refrigerator, and a microwave. A balcony with a sea view. Clean rooms and daily housekeeping. A new wardrobe, but not very functional. It had only two hangers and one shelf. An inconvenient wall-mounted shower. However, the renovated kitchen area and new furniture in the living room left a very pleasant impression of the hotel.

it Is a great place to stay, free BBQs across the road, a park, all beachfront amenities, close to everything Napier has to offer. Favourite motel. NB You need to be on second floor. Bottom has no view and shabby outdoor space but upstairs is great. 3rd floor is ok but no lift.

We had a family unit and the air con struggled/didn't cool bedrooms. Air con was quiet and comfortable in the lounge area

Beautiful location excellent price room was so comfy and great amenities. The room was spacious and perfect for a small family. The beds were very comfortable.

We came back from a day out to discover or tv was gone. Upon talking to team it turns out house keeping moved it but still unsure why that happened. Staff on site found a new tv for us to have and set it up 😊

Everything was within walking distance Restaurants, Parks ,Shops etc very handy! And the view from our room was beautiful to wake up to

Only negative comment from us was the stains on the ground little baby cockroaches in the bathroom running around. Must be coming up from the pipes also the fan in the bathroom was just making noise not actually working. Otherwise everything else happy guests.

Fabulous location. We had one bedroom Seaview room. Spacious, comfortable bed with all you needed. Could walk everywhere.

The shower over bath. The bath was quite high to step over, so had to hold onto towel rail to get in, also there was no nonslip mat in bath. Had to be very cautious getting in and out. And we are active and mobile, would be a worry for an elderly person.

The room was great, nice and spacious. We were moved over to Shoreline as there was an issue with our room over in Beachfront but the room was the same. I liked the fact there was a DVD player in the room, we had a space to eat, space to relax and a little spot just for me to switch off. Staff were friendly and super helpful too!!

The location.

Poor upkeep - the table chairs in our unit were rusty & the seats loose. The cladding on one wall was coming away. The shower had previously had an attachment for a person with a disability but this attachment was no longer there except for one broken piece. The sliding door to the patio was stuck & wouldn’t open.

Loved the views. The facilities were great. Clear communication on where to check in (reception was closed due to renovation).

There was no single bed in the lounge as there was in the photo, so our 4th guest had to sleep on a pullout bed. There was no spare duvet, but reception sorted that quickly.
