The studio room that I booked was located on the top floor. It was huge! So much space, which was ideal. The room was in a corner, which was nice, to have just one neighbour to one side. The view was stunning! - Directly across from Marine Parade and just a short walk to the town. The in-room spa was so good that we didn't have to go to the busy hot pools with everyone else in Napier for Easter weekend: great location and plenty of parking. The cleaners were lovely, helpful and cleaned the room only when we asked, which was perfect. I would highly recommend. I will come back to stay again when I am in Napier.

The balconies weren't private enough, so I could see, hear and smell what was coming from the neighbour and their neighbour, and so on.

The location across the road from the beach was lovely to wake up to each morning. Because it was away from the main shopping area, it was quiet, with no one walking past. The two sleeping areas are at each end of the unit, which is great if one of you is a snorer or doesnt sleep well.

When I walked on the bathroom floor it was sticky - I spoke to the reception lady and she said the cleaner may have used too much product on it and sent the cleaner to go over it again, which fixed that problem. After showering there was alot of water on the floor, which appeared to be a leak from somewhere - I nearly slipped over after a shower - there is a drain in the middle of the floor and i wondered whether it had overflowed when the shower was going. I spoke to the reception person and she said they would put a rubber mat in there to be safe, and she also said the expelair had just been fixed. I didn't see a switch to turn it on or hear it going at any time.

I enjoyed the view to the water and wish we stayed longer. Staff were awesome and they had a washing machine and drying for use (coin operated). Facility had one of the most high-pressure showers I have ever had at any hotel/motel I have stayed at before. The Spa Bath was great, hot and bubbly, great after a long day of travelling. Bed was great, big and cosy and all the options for a hot drink were great! The View was amazing and had the view of 3x water fountains which lit up at night.

Not really things I did not like, but rather things that need looking into: 1. The water fountains when we woke up in the morning (someone had placed bubble bath in them). Out of your control I know, but it was noticed from us. 2. Getting out gears from the car (no allocated parking) and up 3 flights of stairs was a mission 3. DVD and CD player are out of date... you may want to look into this.

The location was great and the view on the balcony across to the beach was lovely as we had a sea view room which most are. The beds were comfortable and the spa bath in the room fun to have. We were in a studio room with a little kitchen which we used for breakfast. I think an upstairs room is the best choice and there is a lift. Rooms on the other side will get the sunset.

The housekeeping was a little different as they changed all the towels, but did not make the bed. Not a big issue just surprised us. The road is quite busy in the day time sitting on the balcony.

The warm welcome and friendliness of the receptionist. The added security of being able to look thru the camera eye of the main entrance door, the security light right outside of it, and the small porch area that units 20 and 21 share has another added door for safety. Hope this makes sense. The steel stairwell (17, if I remember correctly) leading up to the first floor is securely covered with a nice non-slip padding. There is no faulting the unit what so ever, only that I couldn't find the wifi password anywhere, I could have asked, but this was 1 night staying in a motel for my grandchildren to experience. The beds are comfortable, all 3 grandkids were happy that their room had its own tv.They spent most of their time in the spa bath located in the main room, where we could see them, and they loved it. Going out onto the balcony over looking the traffic, people walking by and most of all the sea view. Very, very spacious for 5 of us. All the kids could say from when we walked in was WOW, WOW, this is beautiful, and it is. Thank you, Pebble Beach, for being above and beyond. We're definitely coming back again this time a bit longer.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

We thought this place was lovely. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom, which also had lovely toiletries supplied. It was really clean and looked quite new. The room had its own heat pump which was great. We didn't hear any noise from neighbours and the room had a lovely sitting area inside and a table with chairs on the outside balcony. We went out each day about mid morning and when we came back in the afternoon our bed had been made, towels replaced, rubbish bins emptied and any dishes done. It was great service. Would definitely stay again.

There was a kitchen rubbish bin which was in one of the cupboards which we only found on our last day. It would be great if this was left outside so guests knew it was there.

I like the spaciousness of the unit. The spa pool is amazing as was the view of the sea from my upstairs unit.

I have stayed here before on quite a few occasions. At check in you used to be handed a basket containing fresh milk, orange juice, crackers and cheese and chocolates. It made you feel special and was a major point of difference with other motels. Now you just get a box of UHT milk thrust at you when you check in. I always enjoyed the luxury of this motel so it is sad to see them looking a little tired with maintenance not being kept up. There was a window catch off on the bathroom window and the kitchen tap was very loose. It is a shame because I recommended this motel to many people but I will be reluctant to do so now.

We loved the location, we loved how close it was to Napier Town & everything was easy accessible. The Spa Bath 🛁 was the highlight for us. Tea & Coffee on hand was great too. Perfect for a night get away child free. No noise, the room was large. It was great!

On arrival we were given a key, told we were around the corner and that was it. We were visiting Napier for a wedding & had no idea where to go "around the corner" luckily the cleaner showed us. A milk carton was also given, credit card details were taken and that's it. No I.D was asked to be presented.

We had a room on the middle floor with a lovely view of the sea, sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise is a memory we will cherish. Comfortable bed and sofa, well finished furniture and powerful shower. short walk to town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Towels changed daily and plentiful supplies of tea, coffee etc

We reported a few items requiring maintenance, none of these spoiled our stay. The missing light bulbs were attended to promptly, others were being dealt with.

How close it was to all things fun for a 4 year old! It was comfortable, warm, and had AC which was great to cool down the room! The spa was amazing - my 4 year old had a blast being able to watch tv and feel like a princess while enjoying it! The twin bedroom at the back meant my daughter got a full nights sleep without the traffic! There was plenty of tea and coffee, and all the staff were friendly especially with my inquisitive child say hello to them every time they walked past.

The noise of the street - however it’s understandable being on the parade so it wasn’t a huge dislike!
