We stayed for a night as we went to Splash planet. It was handy and close to where we were. For the night, it provided us what we needed a roof over our heads and a bed. The beds were comfortable and I loved that they had so much pillows. Hate hotels whi give you one pillow. This place had 6 in the king bed and two for the two singles! The rooms were big too

Hmm didnt not like anything but I suppose for feedback purposes… the room could be cleaner… some parts of the skirting boards were dusty, the bathrooms had mould in the grout and the windows too. The blinds in the bathroom also had mould spots. It wasnt alot but thought Id mention it could do with a real good clean. The kettle was rusty inside, had to go get a new one from reception who explained its the water there. Otherwise it was a great stay so not a negative thing but just feedback. The place provided what we needed for the night and the beds were comfy as hell!

The Motel manager was absolutely amazing. She was super accommodating. It made everything so easy to check in to make payment. Especially when you have 5 kids waiting on you. This was such a speedy process. It also helped that anything we had asked for, she made this possible everytime. Didn't make a fuss about us asking for help.

The bed was so comfy. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the facilities were fantastic. We stayed here on our wedding night and when we told the staff they gave us the same room we had 8 years ago, was so nice and we really appreciated it

I wish it had a pool but that’s ok. From felt dark unless we opened the front window curtain which we were worried it would compromise privacy but there won’t be anything you could do about that.

Location gave access to easily reached cafes and eateries. Great outlook onto Village. Friendly motel staff. Supermarket within easy walking distance Unit’s facilities fully met our needs.

The location was perfect, an easy walk to cafes and shops, and easy parking. The room was nice and clean. We had everything we needed - fridge, microwave, and a small stove top. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The staff are very welcoming, the location of the property was excellent and the room was very clean and tidy and perfect for our family. We have travelled and stayed at a lot of places within new Zealand and this accommodation may become a regular for us.

The bed was super comfy Air con worked perfectly on a hot day Shower was pleasant Very quiet couldn't hear any noise from anywhere nice and peaceful.

Spacious, fully equipped apartment with comfortable beds and very good armchairs. Dining table. Great value for money, easy parking, good location. Very good communication with owner.

(Nothing serious) Three in our group are tall, and the shower head is low and not adjustable (they had to bend a bit awkwardly during showers. Toaster might be broken, gets really hot on the outside.

Lovely quiet facility. Amazing to be able to have our pets stay with us (we were visiting for a Dog Show in Hastings). The room was nice and clean and handy to shops/restaurants.

While we loved having our pets with us and we understand there is a dog and cat on site, it did leave a bad taste that we had to toilet our animals "2 doors down" as such. We tried to make it that far with our baby puppy who is 4.5mo old and didn't make it many times. Perhaps some other dedicated area on site (behind the trees perhaps?) could be best for animals, as this really was a draw card given there are so many facilities that do not allow pets. Thanks again though, amazing stay!
