The rooms were clean and tidy. Bathroom and kitchen were clean too.

The room was really cold at night. The room I stayed in had a very old heater that didn't work. There was not enough blankets for the bed, and because it's the middle of winter, the beds needed to have more blankets, or even spare blankets to put on the top of each bed. In the kitchen there wasn't a dishcloth to wipe the bench with just one teatowel. In the bathroom there was no handtowel to dry hands, just lots of towels. There was no information folder about how to use the remote, spent time having to figure it out.

Late Check in after arriving off the late Ferry, was Accommodated by onsite staff, Which exceed my expectations., Standard room supplied with all the amenities contained, large comfy King Size bed again, seems now standard in most rooms I have had over this trip, and pleny of space to spread out inside.

The Laundry was adjacent to my room, and if you dint have ear plugs sleeping might be a bit of a challenge in this room.

Location is close to where we needed to travel. An ideal place to relax in your own privacy and cook if you wish. The manager was able to provide bits and pieces that we needed for the room when brought to his attention. Plenty of parking and love waking up and see the mountains through the windows

Enjoyed the cosy room, it was lovely. Washing facilities available with no extra cost very good. Loved we got checked in from staff that were cleaning the rooms.

Did not like how staff were not available multiple times had to wait for communication.

Had to catch the Picton ferry early in the morning, great location, close to motorway, (unfortunately was closed due accident) so had to take the long way around, so convent location to stay for this purpose, Quiet place with all amenities handy for your use while you stay.

A great location for catching the inter island ferry early mornings, Generally quiet location with all the amenities under one roof in the room.

Guest Laundary next door can be noisy if you don't have ear plugs.

The fact I've had no reply about the bond I paid been refunded, as we had an early ferry we could wait fir reception to open so I sent a number of emails an no reply .

It was close to where we needed to get during the day. Cosy and welcoming room, the shower had great pressure.

Couldn't find a tv remote, but we entertained ourselves with other stuff, so wasn't a biggie for us

Was good location and just what we needed for our little family.

Only down fall would be air conditioning. Room was very hot but comfortable.

The size of the room, guy at reception was friendly and helpful, perfect location and couldn't ask for more, water pressure was great. We asked for a late check out and received it. Thanks for your hospitality
