The value for money. It had everything we needed even dish cloths and sponge and detergent. Also had a little broom and shovel. The furniture was simple but modern which made the atmosphere set at a reasonable high standard. We walked in and it kinda wowe4d us, I thought it was going to be in a sort of tired worn state. Bathroom, had modern features.and storage to tuck away bully bags.

The outside tables and chairs seated only 2, but we knicked one chair from the car parking area to use. Note the chairs need atrending to. loose bolts.

It was huge and we had an upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen units, and utensils new and in good order, has an electric hob. Living room had patio doors into outside area. Good shower, lovely bed. Good windows to open. Handy location (plenty of restaurants to chose from) parking on site.

There wasn’t a very fresh smell in the passage to the room and our room had a quite strong musty smell. Because I didn’t have internet on my phone I hadn’t accessed the instructions to get us into the property. Luckily spoke to another resident and he helped me sort it out!

Excellent position right in the town centre, and a lovely bedroom area upstairs, with a view of the estuary. Albeit very limited because of the fairly dense pohutukawa & other trees

The downstairs lounge & kitchen area were quite dark (even on a very sunny day), so we needed the lights on. Primarily due to being predominantly west facing, but also the abundance of trees, particularly around unit 7. Perhaps the puka could be trimmed.

Fantastic location, beautiful apartmement - really enjoyed our time. Will stay again and have recommended to others.

There was an awful smell in the fridge (smelled like a decaying animal) which unfortunately spoiled the food which we'd bought for our breakfast the next day. The hallway had a very strong mould smell also but neither of these things spoiled our stay and we would book again.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and good atmosphere. Convenient location. Highly recommend.

Some things to note. Noisy party goers who occupy the area next to the accommodation till the early hours of the morning. Change out the tea for English breakfast and other varieties. Tv was accessed by occupant from other unit. Kept going on even when we switched it off. Bathrooms need doors 🚪. Wasn't too much of a problem for us but may be an issue for other guests.

The apartments Waterfront are spacious and beautifully maintained. The manager is very nice and happy to help. However, you should know that the place as such really does not have much to offer if you do not belong to the alternative community. The price is okay, but not entirely justified. In summary: for Raglan it is certainly one of the better accommodations.

The apartment had everything we needed for our two night stay. The bed was very comfortable and with the fan and air con we were able to sleep so well. The apartments are in a fantastic location as well - we kept the car parked and just walked to the restaurants, to the supermarket, down to the estuary, etc. This was perfect considering how busy Raglan was at the time of our booking.

A very clean, well appointed and tidy place to stay with a nice secluded outlook over the back courtyard towards the estuary. Very handy to the park just across the adjacent foot bridge with a sheltered beach which would be very good for children. Also very handy to excellent dining establishments. The guests on site parking arrangement is excellent with parking spaces allocated by room number, and with adequate turning space for larger vehicles. This is contrast to many other accommodations with a free for all attitude towards cramped parking with first in first served attitude and often with very little maneuvering room. Lovely location. Peacefulness of the apartment. Great that everything was emailed and organised and we could just arrive and quietly settle. Spacious and well furnished apartment. Beds very comfortable! Had a great sleep!

Shower pressure and temperature was inconsistent. In the evening the shower was cool/cold. Couldn't work out how to get live tv (news etc) - however, we did eventually find something to watch :-)

The hot water was problematic. The hot water took a long time to come through and if you turned off the hot tap momentarily then on again the water ran cold again. This was particularly irksome in the shower where a slight adjustment to the tap, the water ran cold and took, it seemed, forever to warm up again.
