Very nice location. The staff or owners were super friendly. We felt very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book here again for concerts at brewtown.

The car parks were large. The rooms were super clean. As we left we were saying how nice the room was and they said they were about to be redecorated. This motel exceeded our expectations.

The location was perfect for our needs and both our welcome and farewell were warm. The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable and we had a very restful night's sleep.

The privacy cover on the glass in the bathroom, while decorative, did not seem necessarily functional. I don't imagine people were lurking outside the window on the off-chance, but if they were, the view to my nethers could have been pretty clear...

Very friendly staff, clean and tidy room Motel well maintained and loved the daily servicing. We are looking forward to returning in the New Year for a return visit.

Found the parking spaces a little small - seemed to be geared for little cars, not utes

Had everything we needed. Like the air freshener and fly spray was available.

The shower in rm 4 was terrible. Looked great but didn’t work properly. Was either far too hot or freezing. Could get temperature sorted so couldn’t have a shower at all. Very frustrating. Water so hot almost got scolded.

Helen was thoughtful and heated the room for my arrival and turned the light on in the room. She also accommodated my late booking as I need somewhere urgently to sleep before my long travel.

I didn’t like that my stay wasn’t long enough.

Place was exactly what we needed but staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the room was very tidy and spacious. Staff were friendly and took time to chat and made us feel right at home.

Nothing negative to say about the place.

The host was very accommodating, the room was easy to access from car park. The unit was well presented and warm on arrival. Take Away shops were just down the road so nice and convenient. Would book again.

No biggie, couldn't find a dish rack to put the dishes into.

We did not have breakfast there,but the location was ideal for the reason we were in the Hutt.It was handy to town and food sources and the staff were very friendly and helpful.The motel was clean and the shower was great.We would not hesitate to stay there again.Well done.

Nothing comes to mind.The drive onto the road was possibly a bit steep as our car bottomed ,but thats hardly the fault of the motel.

The owner was friendly and the room was clean. Located not too far from Trentham station.

We had to pay a premium price due to a concert in town, so fair enough I guess. Therer is a pro-active cleaning service, and we would have preferred a sign saying "don't clean the room" because they ended up throwing out some plastic bags that we were using and that were not actually trash.

Loved how handy it was to all amenities. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The room was excellent and I loved staying there. The bathroom and kitchenette was awesome too. The owners were lovely and friendly. Even their housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.
