Really big and cozy flat in a really good location it is easy to walk to the city centre and to the harbour. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner was really helpful.

It was really cold when we arrived and it took a day to heat up. Some items (for example shade, bedroom door) needs fixing.

A basic but clean apartment with all necessities present. The location at walkable distance from the city center and major grocery shops, activities,… is a plus.

It took quite a long time before we were given the needed information for the check-in. However, the landlord was reachable by telephone after which (and in time for the check-in) we got the required information.

I had the ground floor apartment, which was very clean and cosy and had everything one needs for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine. Conveniently located close to the city centre. The owner replied even in a super early morning hour when I had an issue with the key box checking out (all on me, there was nothing wrong with the box). A great experience, and considering the generally high prices in Svolvær, pretty good value, too!

Only issue I had and the reason this is a 9 and not a 10 was the lack of soundproofing: when trying to sleep, I could hear the upstairs people walking around, and when they flushed the toilet it sounded like a flood every time. A bit annoying.

Very nice place, convenient and well renovated. Had everything one need. Flexible for late arrival, which is always appreciated. Just a short walk from city centre, quiet and peaceful.

The instructions given by email were not super clear. Did not realize that the address to checkin was different than the villa. Still, there was a contact phone number, someone picked up and provided very clear directions for the lock box - so all good!

We were very comfortable here. Most of the beds are memory foam. The place warmed up very well once the heaters were on for a few hours. Was clean. There is a washing machine and then we dried our clothes on the rack in front of the heater.

owner upgraded our room. lovely place with enough amenities to cook something simple. flexible timing given from owner n late check out granted.

upgraded room was on top floor. luggage was brought up. might be an issue if heavy luggage
