Having read some of the reviews I had my doubts, but it turned out great, I really don't know what people are expecting when booking a more budget friendly hotel! The room was of good size with an unexpected outdoor terrace, which was a real sun trap. It was perfectly clean, and the soft bed was very much to my liking. Having brought along my own coffee, I made good use of the kettle. When I had an issue with the code, due to me making 2 separate bookings for 2 nights, a 2 minute phone call sorted this out. Without doubt I would stay here again.

The only negative was not having luggage storage but was able to store it at anotger hotell in town but at a cost!

Good location, extremly comfy beds, free parking both in the yard and on streets around and very friendly staff. Really enjoyed this place!

Please note that the accomodation has no elevator. If you travel with children consider asking for a room on the entrance floor. The shower only had on side covered so a lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor. Would be nice with a shower scraper to fix this going forward.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the express boat terminal. My room and the private bathroom were spacious, and the check-in process was very simple: you receive a code that unlocks the main entrance and your room.

My room was located right next to the common area, where the kitchen and living room were, and some of the younger folks stayed up pretty late.

Everything worked as it should, and we even got a balcony! The hotel was nice. Breakfast was good and enough. Parking on site is great.

Some basic cleaning equipment would have been nice, because at the end of our 4 day stay the floor was quite sandy.

Great location in a nice area. Small private car park at rear. About 15 minute walk to town centre & Quay. Good size room with french doors opening onto a balcony. Decent bathroom. Comfy bed. We could watch climbers straddling 'the goat' from our balcony.

No staff onsite is an acquired taste. Luckily nothing was wrong

The room was very clean and neat. Breakfast was good. Great value for the price.

The airconditioning in the room was very strong and also a bit loud and it seemed there was no way of adjusting it yourself.

Is it impossible to use the shower without wetting the whole bathroom! The bathroom light wasn't working well

Location close to the center, free parking and dog friendliness. Room was spacious and comfortable. We also got to Check in early which was great as it was raining a lot outside and we had bit so much to do.

No hand towels or bathmats. While the shower was very good, the shower screen didn't block all of the water and floor got very wet while showering.

Amazing location with super good amenities. Great place to stay for a couple of days while exploring Svolvær. 7 min walk to take boat tours and 15 min walk to go to the Fløya, Djevelporten and Svolværgeita trail heads.

No staff at all. All contactless. I prefer Hunan interaction.

Good location close to the center. Quiet, clean, comfy beds and a nice bathtub.

Some minor things; toiletpaper holder was on a bad spot so it was hard to get paper and was loosening from the wall. Only one lamp at the bed worked. The shuffleboard game didnt had any sand to it.
