We booked a two bedroom apartment for four nights and it was excellent. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The rooftop pool is nice, especially at sunset (see picture) and the gym is one of the best equipped that we've used.

The stay was lovely overall. Room service was quick and efficient this time, and the room was nearly spotless. We cooked our own meals during the stay and the kitchen was functional enough for that. What really stood out was the staff’s kindness and flexibility—especially Miss Reem from guest services. I was planning a surprise birthday setup for my friend and Miss Reem went above and beyond in helping me pull it off. I brought the decorations, cake, flowers, and helium balloons, and they took care of everything else beautifully.

On the downside, the kitchen could’ve been better stocked. There were no frying pans, only two pots, and no oven mitts, which made cooking slightly inconvenient. We also had to request basic cleaning supplies like dish soap, a sponge, and dishwasher tablets, which should have already been available. The TV situation was still the same as before—no smart TV features or streaming options, which was a bit disappointing.

The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay, and we appreciated that they even offered us a late checkout (though we didn’t end up using it). We didn’t use the kitchen area much, so can’t speak to that, but overall it was still a comfortable stay and we had no major issues.

Room and food service were a bit slow, and unfortunately, the breakfast was quite mediocre—not what we hoped for. The coffee options were also disappointing, to the point we chose not to order it again and opted for food delivery instead. Another small issue was the lack of smart TV features; we couldn’t find Netflix or any streaming apps available.

We stayed at Fraser Suites twice during our trip to Oman, choosing the two-bedroom apartment both times. The apartment was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the reception staff were exceptionally welcoming. The overall service was excellent. The location is ideal, with a supermarket just 900 meters away and several shopping malls within a 2 km radius. We particularly enjoyed the food and shisha at their Shisha Restaurant, which stays open until 2 AM. The rooftop pool was another highlight, offering stunning sunset views while we swam.

The staff were so helpful and friendly: firstly, Ismail and Reem spent a great deal of time going through excursion options with us and had excellent suggestions on how to make the best of our week's stay; the hotel staff generally were hard working and responsive. The room was massive and comfortable. The parking garage was practical being underground which kept the car cool. The view of the Muhammad al-Amin Mosque from the café's terrace at night is one of my most memorable sights. The restaurant Mais in the building serves beautiful meals and the service is excellent. The location for getting anywhere in Muscat is perfect. You're surrounded by malls and supermarkets for respite from the heat.

There's very little we didn't like: the curtains didn't draw in the bedroom and not in the best of shape.

We stayed in Fraser Suites Myscat for 4 nights. Our suit was fantastic and very big. There were two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The facilities were amazing. The room had a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and washing machine with all kitchenettes. The location is not in the city centre but only a walking distance to a shopping mall (Panorama Mall) and a supermarket. The breakfast was not a 5-star, but had enough choice to start a day full of energy. The room service was perfect. They clean our room every day. The receptionist was very helpful.

Big, clean room with terrace overlooking the mosque. Very comfortable bed, maybe the best we had in Oman! Hamra was a great restaurant for the evenings serving reasonable priced food. Very close to the mosque and mall of Oman. Staff were great. A lot of locals on the hotel so need to ensure you dress appropriately.

Bathroom a little small considering the room size, we were given a smoking room and not offered an alternative so the curtains and room furnishings smelt of smoke. Breakfast expensive. Location is fine but no restaurants nearby to go to so we used the hotel restaurant. You need to get taxis everywhere it’s not advisable to walk outside just as the area is very dense with traffic and it’s very hot!

I recently stayed at your hotel and overall, my experience was great. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I appreciated the comfortable accommodations. Thank you for taking my feedback into consideration. I look forward to seeing improvements on my next visit!

There seemed to be a shortage of staff, particularly regarding assistance with baggage. I had to wait for 30 minutes after checking in for someone to help me with my luggage from the car to my room.

Our stay at Fraser Suites Muscat was truly exceptional, made all the more memorable by the outstanding service we received. One of the highlights of our visit was a breathtaking excursion to the Ad Dimaniyat Islands, a pristine paradise where we snorkeled with sea turtles and marveled at the stunning marine life. This experience was arranged with the help of Reem, a remarkable member of the Fraser Suites team. Reem’s warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. Despite our last-minute request, she worked tirelessly to coordinate everything perfectly, ensuring that we had a seamless and unforgettable experience. Reem’s genuine enthusiasm and dedication to making our stay special truly set her apart and left a lasting impression on our family. The entire team at Fraser Suites Muscat exemplifies the highest standards of hospitality, and we left with a deep appreciation for their efforts. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat, especially for the chance to experience service as remarkable as what Reem provided

We were happy with our stay. Our room was nice and very well priced for what we got. We were also well looked after by Reem who helped organise our excursions around Oman. She was absolutely brilliant and really made our stay far more enjoyable. I would recommend staying at Fraser Suites and fir sure, get in touch with Reem beforehand to establish your itinerary.

The location is okay, 30 min walk from Sultan Qaboos Mosque and 15 mins from Mall of Oman but there is not much else around the hotel other than these.
