This is not a five star location or hotel but I am giving a five star review because of the great value for money. We stayed here for almost a week as a family and had a very nice and big two room apartment with a washing machine and two decent bathrooms. Very comfortable for a family! We didn’t expect much as the deal was so cheap. But what we got exceed our expectations! - a good breakfast with decent variety - a clean apartment with comfortable bedding, although some things need more maintenance (the curtains are in some parts ripped for example and some of the many lamps did not work) - the location is good and easily accessible - free parking spaces - daily cleaning of the apartment and free water - lots of cabinet space. The panorama mall itself seems pretty dead with many shops closed and not much going on. However; the supermarket around the corner is really practical and you can get basically everything you need If you need a cost-efficient base for sightseeing in Muscat as a family, I’d recommend it! One safety warning: the balconies are not at all safe for small children so make sure they never open the windows.

The gym is not very inviting and we did not visit the pool, but that was not the purpose of our stay anyways.

The apartment is located in Panorama Mall so has direct access to shops, restaurants, cafés and a supermarket without the need to go outside (great for hot months). The overall location is great, it's central and easy to find for locals (taxi drivers, family and friends). The staff are friendly & approachable and the housekeeping manager is very attentive to your schedule and ensures the room is clean and tidy. The pool views are amazing, with direct view of Sultan Qaboos Masjid, it looks great at night. The pool was quiet and nice to take a dip! Pool towels are provided, which is great. The studio was very spacious, was happy to have a washing machine, full size fridge and freezer and a stove top to cook. The kitchen comes with all utensils required. The wardrobe was spacious and had enough hangers also.

I like everything about the place, however I would prefer a security latch on the door to the apartment for that added peace of mind when travelling alone. I also think that coming in from the pool there could be some non-slip mats to prevent injuries. Also a dust pan & brush and clothes drying rack would be great too.

Very convenient as it is the same building as the Panorama Mall. So, food is not an issue as there are Korean, Japanese, Filipino, Thai, and Indian restaurants. There's even a big supermarket near it. Gloria Jeans Coffee is at the lobby. Also convenient for shopping as it is only 2-3 minute drive away from Oman Avenues Mall and Muscat Grand Mall. As the rooms are suites, they are bigger than other hotel rooms. There's a kitchen, thus, cooking is an option. There's also a washing machine and free detergent. For T&B amenities, they are already available, unlike in other hotels where you need to request. Breakfast is not super special, but it will do. It's not bad as well.

Very comfortable hotel. Nicely located and had a lot of malls in the vicinity. The hotel is nicely located with a supermarket within a few meters and has a few restaurants around. The staff is very helpful whether reception or the housekeeping. Breakfast is good, rooms were clean and comfortable beds.

The only negative was that our room was facing the front side, and the rooms were not soundproofed. Hence, it was a little noisy. The exhaust in the washrooms did not work .

Nice, big, spacious flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had a garage space for our rented car. Close to the big shopping malls.

The breakfast is not in the same building, neither the pool. The restaurant staff needs to be trained to clean tables much more efficient, a few times we needed to clean our tables by our self. No dish washer in the kitchen, but there is a washing machine.

We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment which was equiped with everything you would need for a few days and even beyond. Rooms are quite, beds are comfy and well located to discover the city and its surroundings. Staff was always friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking spaces outside and in the parking garage. The connected mall offered a food court and supermarket. Great place to stay!

Very beautiful property, big - neat & clean apartments, wide spread breakfast, very courteous staff, check inn and check out was super quick. Mind blowing location, everything from super markets, to currency exchange is just a walk away, plus Mall of Oman, Avenue mall & other must visit attractions are in close vicinity from this property. We loved everything about Levatio Suites.

Great location, on top of a shopping mall and nice parking, the kitchenware were good.

The Indian neighbors next to my room were so loud and noisy, started being loud from 7.30 pm until 01.30am, since I couldn't sleep i called the hotel reception and they promptly came up and talked to the neighbors, but unfortunately their noise continued until 04.30 then they got quite and i could then sleep.

The apartment itself is very well equipped, and has a washer/dryer, fridge and a comfortable bed. This makes it pretty good for longer stays. Staff is helpful and friendly, especially the receptionist from Albania and Mohammad who helps with the suitcases. There's a mini-gym with the bare minimum (though you probably still want to sign up to a real gym if you're staying longer). Dumbbells up to 20kgs I think (45lbs).

1- The property is in fact called "Somerset panorama residences". The reason this is confusing is that there is another building a little further called "Levatio Hotel". This is not it. So your taxi will probably drop you off to the wrong place. 2- The property is right on a mall called Panorama mall. Unfortunately that mall appears to be mostly dead but you can use it for ATMs and stuff. The problem is that the location isn't that great and if you don't have a car you need to walk under the scorching heat for 20 minutes (and in streets that are definitely not designed with pedestrians in mind) to get anywhere interesting. So you probably need a car.

We stayed at a 2bhk apartment. The apartment was clean with all required party and cooking equipments.. Swimming pool was damn good.. the location was 5 mins drive from Mosque and Oman malls.. We enjoyed our stay..

Breakfast spread was nice.. But the menu was the same all 3 days.. Could be improved.. Extra bed prices were high..
