Very friendly staff. They booked a city tour for us. Everything was very well organized. Breakfast not included, but you can easily find this information on the site

There was a group of young people on our floor who had an all-night party: they went out into the corridor singing, shouting, laughing and smoking. It happened every two hours, at 2, 4 and 6, almost as if they had played a game or some kind of bet. I honestly didn't think to call reception right away which I did too late. I think I was too tired for the travel and the jet lag. Anyway, after my call, the staff took immediate action by sending two of them to knock on their room, which I was able to locate as they still had the music loud at 7am. Obviously, these modern barbarians stopped with their stupid party. No fault of the staff, we were really unlucky. My fault for not calling the staff right away. So, remember: if this will happen to you, just call the staff

The location is near the center, just across Mall of Oman. The room is big compared to standard sizes. The staff were very polite and responsive to all our needs. We call and they come immediately. Value for money .Will book again soon.

Loved our stay at Amarah hotel. As tired travellers we were so grateful for the comfortable spacious room and friendly helpful staff. We enjoyed the breakfast and the convenient stroll to Mall of Oman. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Can't think of anything

I wasn’t expecting much based on the price. But I was surprised by the hotel. Good clean facilities, big rooms with nice bathroom and beds. The furnishings were solid, staff were helpful and location very close the Mall of Oman.

The breakfast was a bit basic

The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is very modern and new, great value for the price paid on Booking.com. There is an USB socket to charge your phone if you did not have the peculiar Omani G-type socket in hand. There is also a restaurant on site but we went to Mall of Oman and didn't try.

The road behind the hotel was under construction and a bit dark at night, that is where Google Maps direct you to go. All you have to do is going a bit further, near the highway entrance ramp then turn right before the highway to a small street.

- location easy to reach and close from all places. - Staff supportive and helpful, especially Mr. Nizar. - Room is big and the beds are comfortable. -

- TV was not working as no channels and since I came for night, I did not ask for support. - Bath items were not much. - Wifi access code is limited and have specific time to sign in otherwise it is not working.

People which were accommodated there as they show lack of respect about the people which are working there, littering whenever and wherever they wanted to do so. Certain people must be banned for tourism since they are misbehaving. I believe that food offers can be slightly improved.

The room was very spacious, which contained a living room and a bedroom. Good quality. The room was equipped with all the basics. Various restaurants and convenient facilities around.

There are not enough bathroom towels, only one big one and two small ones. Not enough for a three member family. The bedroom AC was not cool enough.

Location nwas perfect, just off the main expressway and across the road from Mall of Oman. Great value for money for a short stay. Comfortable bed and great AC.

A bit more selection for food at the restraunt would have been nice but the meal I had was fine, and great value.

The staff was exceptional. The rooms were clean.. They treated us like family. The food espaicially the hyderabadi biryaani was freshly made.. And was very tasty. The hotel is 5 minutes drive from amenities.. There was a huge beautiful mosque at walking distance.. Carrefour is right at the doorstep.. Overall the experience was lovely.

I cannot think of a bad experience
