Staff were so friendly and helpful (special mention to Aman Alam who kept the room clean and made sure I had enough supplies during my 8 night stay). Breakfast was excellent each and every morning. Roof top pool was always quiet when I went for a swim, almost like having my own personal swimming pool!

The water temperature in my shower didn't get above lukewarm during my stay. Also, the TV in the room couldn't access any channels and only offered YouTube. Slowish internet on the 6th floor also hindered the connection to YouTube on a couple of occasions. Just two minor quibbles on what was otherwise an excellent stay

Location was quite central to most of Muscat, and not too far from the airport, it was right beside the Mall of Oman which is great. The place provides great value for money.

Cleanliness of the sofas was not great, but it was good that the beds were very clean. The Wifi speed and consistency was quite poor.

- In heart of Muscat center in active place,near to everything like Oman Mall, Panorama Mall, Muscat Grand Mall and Oman Avenues Mall. - Money Vs location & hotel cleanest/modren was awesome - Clean and a new hotel with new furnitures - Smooth check-in and check-out - Reception staff and workers are Friendly , helpful and responsive - Breakfast was varied with local hot drinks (Karak and Omani coffee) by 3 OR - Very calm and non smoking room , I stayed in a peaceful mood - Extend my check-out till 3 pm, I really appreciate their help and understanding - The night rate in the hotel directly was like booking as per to my membership privileges , so I booked through booking to earn booking points For sure I’m planning to stay again in same hotel

The omani receptionist is excellent, well spoken and excellent personal relationship

1. Always 1 towelling kept instead of 2. 2. Always cannot play youtube on the TV unless staff called in to put settings. 3. Always no Glass and tea cup unless you request.

Grt location, just opp. Oman mall and very near to the beautiful Mohd.Al Ameen mosque. Centrally located ... major tourist destinations nearby...including the grand mosque.

Everything was up to the mark...except they don't keep milk powder or serve milk for tea in rooms.😉

The furniture is beautiful and the arrangement is nice, unfortunately it is not clean and the carpets and curtains are not clean and the corridors smell of smoking. I hope that attention is paid to the cleanliness of the carpets and curtains.

Maybe this is my sixth time staying here; I am very comfortable in this hotel. The air conditioning is cold, and it is not noisy.

Nice swimming pool at roof. Big mall is close to get everything in need. Couple of rent a car agencies in building next to hotel so you can get good offers for a car. Excellent breakfast and helpful and kind stuff.

The male receptionist that did check-in for us asked for cash payment. I said im a regular guest and first time for me that you guys asking for cash payment. He said that the hotel need cash payment because the management always delayed giving the salary. I said im a regular customer and its first time for me to hear. He said next time pay cash.🥲

Everything is excellent, very welcoming wel manner and professional staff. Good location in front of oman mall. Not far from airport. Very good breack fast buffet. Everything excellent
