Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful.

A bit difficult to find the hotel, the expressway system in Muscat is confusing, even for locals and taxi drivers.

There is nothing at walking distance. You need to get everywhere by car. The noise from the pool facilities could be heard a bit in the room. The shampoo and toilet paper provided by the hotel were among the worst I’ve ever used. The shampoo made my hair feel like straw, dry and brittle, and the toilet paper was incredibly thin and practically unusable. It’s unfortunate for such a nice hotel to have such basic and avoidable issues.

The hotel is brand new, luckily the opening ceremony was during our stay, I was hoping to have something special, since we are from the 1st's guests, a discount or a small gift or souvenir etc. The room is good, spacious and comfortable, well equipped and nice. The housekeeping needs little improvement. The breakfast was good, but could be better. The team is friendly and helpful.

The parking is very narrow, especially for SUV's. The entrance is very narrow for cars, needs to redesign, especially the U turn. The street which leads to the hotel is not good at all, it's a maze and not well designed! Every time, in my room, I switch the AC off, it turns on after a few minutes, I don't know why! The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the Mall of Oman, which is a good idea because the road to the mall don't have pedestrian sidewalk! And it's dangerous to walk near the highway!

Conveniently located near the Mall of Oman, the property offers a quiet environment, a well-maintained pool, and courteous staff. The team was attentive in following up on the accommodation process and preparing the room in advance.

One drawback observed was the narrow entrance to the parking area, especially at the turns, where there's a risk of the car's bumper scraping the walls and damaging the paint—particularly for SUVs

Guys I must admit that my stay with this hotel was excellent and the staff at this hotel made this all very much possible. I strongly belief that the dedicated and honest staff are really the ones which make customer experience awesome. Super fantastic staff and ofcourse overall it was a band new hotel with value for money and cleanliness and quality both admirable. The room was super clean and the bed was very good with nice matress not like the ones springy sinking matresses which are not all good for the back. So food was very good with reasonable options. The reception staff was excellent

Spacious room. Clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant downstairs was average but I'm a vegetarian and they didn't have anything veg on the menu for dinner. I asked if I could get something and the waiter and cook made something specially for me which was very kind. Great pool.

They don't give shampoo conditioner. I hadn't carried toiletries as I expected it to be there. Only get a multi purpose body wash + shampoo.

The property is very well maintained, the rooms are spacious, there is a great coffee shop in the property and the food at the restaurant is pretty good as well. The staff was really courteous and went out of their way to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Veena at the front desk was very helpful and made our stay very convenient . The suite comes with appliances like microwave, washing machine and a hot plate which makes staying with family and small kids so much easier

Buffet options were a little limited. There were no bathrobes in the rooms which made going to and fro from the room to the pool a little awkward. There is a changing room near the pool but it’s via the gym so having robes in the room would have been convenient. I was informed during checkout that robes are available on request but the pool staff should be made aware of it because they didn’t mention it when I asked

The last time I stayed at the hotel, I pointed out a problem with the route leading to the parking lot. This time I saw that the respected management and hardworking staff have made the path safe and resolved the traffic issue. I sincerely appreciate how you listen to guests’ feedback and address potential problems in the shortest possible time. I will definitely recommend you as the best option to my friends and family.

Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Nice pool and lounge area, good coffee in the restaurant. The rooms were much nicer than other more expensive hotels. Location is close to Sultan Qaboos Mosque and Mall of Oman. Also good for visits to other sites than are away from the city like Wadi Shab or Bimma sinkhole. Only a 5 min drive away from other streets like Al Ghubrah with a lot of restaurants and shops. We would definitely come back here on our next visit.

Rooms were not soundproof. We could hear noise from the adjacent rooms and they could hear ours as well. Not sure if it’s the case for all rooms but ours had an adjoining door to the other room. Could be because of that. They had complained about the noise our son made in the morning. The location is quite far from Mutrah souq and other popular sites. It’s about a 30 min drive away.

Very stylish room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The rooftop pool was amazing and had a great view. The staff were very nice and the restaurant downstairs had tasty, affordable food. They also give a free lift to the mall of Oman which was a nice touch. I would definitely visit again!

The room was opposite a building which blocked sunlight in the daytime.
