I truly enjoyed the hotel's location because I wished to immerse myself in the local culture for a richer experience, and thus avoided beachfront properties. I would also like to commend all the hotel staff, including Hotel Manager Mr. Mohan, for their exceptional courtesy, politeness, and helpfulness. I especially want to thank Mr. Nasim (apologies if I misspelled his name) for ensuring my breakfast was served promptly and attending to my other needs. Receptionist Nur was also consistently helpful and polite. Thank you all for your wonderful care during my stay.

Lots of construction nearby, but they kept the noise down, so I was cool with it. Usually, they work during the day anyway, when I'm out exploring.

the location was very good specially the sand view was very beautiful and alos all activities was very near from hotel like bike riding bosher sand and many restaurants was very near from hotel and also i would like to thank all staff for excellent service and very friendly i am very happy and special thanks to mr husain i am so glad to giving me special attention

Location is great. Neat and clean. Elegant interior design. Bathroom is spacious. Staffs were helpful and courteous. Though we booked for standard room, they upgraded it to deluxe for free. Keep it up!

Location of this hotel surrounded by many restaurant's and grocery. It's also opposite dunes with nice view. I'm giving 5 star to their hospitality and friendly staff. I just feel like home within 5 days stayed there. Recommended to all tourist it's really worth to try.

Excellent location with many food and shopping choices around. Amazing staff who are very kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The WIFI was excellent. Overall, it was a very nice and comfortable stay. I recommend it.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. Every person working there was so amazingly kind and helpful. They helped me a lot when i came early in the moring and completely exhausted from my flight. We can recommend this place for 100% and looking forward to stay there again at the end of our trip. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your kindnes.

Staff, breakfast, room size, bed

Bathroom the shower has an old fashioned curtain water covered bathroom floor when taking shower. Only small old towels provided no face and hand towels. No bath gel. The room carpet has seen better days it’s time to replace it. Breakfast served at 7 it’s a bit late for people leaving to work or catching flights early.

Actually They didnt have buffet or self serving for breakfast so i think for breakfast it was not that good , but still they tried there best to give good service in room. prefer to have buffet breakfast.

Breakfast should be served as buffet so we can eat what we like not to be served in room with limited choice.

I particularly appreciated the staff’s exceptional kindness and care. In particular Nasseem was helpful, attentive and patient. Clearly attention to customer service is essential for the Royal Hotel team and its unbeatable value for money.
