The staff was very helpful and helped us find the parking (because of the ongoing roadworks) and they sent out pointers how to drive to the hotel. There's a fire depot right across the street, the sound insulation is really good. Couldn't hear a thing. The breakfast was great, very delicious! We enjoyed our stay, and it's worth the buck.

If you don't mind walking 40-50minutes to the city centre - you'll have no problems. The sidewalks were and sometimes weren't there at all (because of the ongoing roadworks), but that's not the problem, the neighborhood felt really sketchy. The hotel stands proud amidst mostly dilapidated buildings. Next building over, some guys drinking on the side of the street, are eyes us head to toe. The elevator seems to be out of order. Also the double bed was weirdly narrow. There was a sign that said "Citi hotels Lodz" and something in polish, that we thought was the "new" designated parking area. It was something of a scrapyard, since I can't read polish, I drove there. Misleading for tourists.

Nice hotel to stay for a night or two. The room was small, but it was okay for us. Polite and friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room, tea and coffee available in the room.

Although the surroundings are quite quiet, you may hear someone talking or laughing in other rooms. The bad was not the most comfortable one, but it was okay just for one night. Rather a request than a complaint, but it would be nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Kto was clean, rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty, a lot of choices, in a nice hotel restaurant. Everything you would expect from that kind of more business hotel met the standards. Staff was also helpful and efficient.

The location is a little out of the center (however public transport is available at short walk distance) and there are a lot of road works making it difficult to access the hotel by car or taxi. I know it’s not hotel’s fault but it would be good to receive some upfront info and some directions how to drive the car around.

Very friendly stuff. As always very good breakfast menu. We travelled with a kid, so it was very comfortable to stay. The electric can, tee, coffee and water in the room-very nice.

The elevator is not working. Going up to the 3rd floor with kid and all the belongings, is a little bit difficult. The carpet in the room was a bit dirty(white socks were dirty after walking there with no slippers) and was a bit smelly. Otherwise everything was worth the price definitely.

The room was clean, comfy, etc. It also had an interesting mechanism to open the window. It's also next to an abandoned building which was fun to explore. Also the staff that checked me out was fun to talk to.

The person at the check-in wasn't as friendly as most people. She wasn't rude either though. I also expected the curtains to close better. There also aren't any closets to put clothes in.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and a good location. This was our second stay here, and it was even better than the previous one. The elevator wasn’t working during our visit, but that wasn’t a big issue. Free parking is available. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the room.

Last minute decision, was pleasantly surprised, lovely hotel , very clean ; friendly staff at the reception. Excellent. The only one issue was the lift , unfortunately we couldn’t use it , my partner had to go on the 2nd floor with 2 very heavy suitcases. Apart from that highly recommended 👌

The road to the hotel . Łódź seems to be in a state of a constant road works - I drive SUV & cannot imagine reaching the hotel in any other vehicle . Not a hotels fault but still a major pain. Also hotel is situated opposite fire engine station - safe but it can get loud if they are rushing to address an emergency ;)

Great value for money! The breakfast was very good for the price paid – definitely a highlight of the stay.

It’s a pity that the elevator is still out of order; it wasn’t working last year either. One small downside was the double bed having only a narrow duvet – it’s not really suitable for two people, so one of us had to sleep without it.

Nice breakfast, nice building, friendly staff. In general comfortable, but the stay was overpriced during the weekends. The room was not enough clean, with dirty walls (killed mosquitos) and doors with strange red staff, similar to blood..((. The room was without curtains. The main road in front of the hotel was closed in one direction ( under construction). If it will cost less, it will be ok.

The room was without curtains. Overpriced, Not perfect location - far from the city center and no public transport is available according to road closure. Bad noise and vibro isolation. It was not a comfortable stay.
