I appretiate a very professional man at the reception. Whatever I needed he kindly assisted. eg I had pain in my knee after a long hiking trip and he was so kind that he provided me with some suitable pills. Then I forgot my pyjama at room and realized it in the evening after check-out, and I communicated with hotel reception very effectively via booking chat. They were so kind that they sent it to me by letter (I paid the shipment in advance). Breakfast was amazing, we could select out of 5 (or 6) options. Wifi worked well. The room was comfortable. A source of hot water was in the hotel corridor (eg for preparing tea or quick instant soup). Meal in restaurant was super tasty.

Staff was very helpful- after mistakenly driving (not permitted) to the hotel we were told to immediately remove the car, but offered a parking space (30 pln) in town, and transport back and forth to the parking. This was very nice because we were only staying one night, but with 2 rooms, and transport is normally only offered for stays 3 nights or longer. Agnieszka also helped carry our bags up stairs, she was very nice. The other staff were also very nice, and of course the hotel is located in a beautiful setting.

Unless you are staying 3 nights or longer, transport is not available. This means to get to the hotel it is about 1.5 km walk uphill on a cobblestone road with your bags. You must be fit to do it.

This stay is all about location right in the park with stunning hiking all around. I don't enjoy sharing bathroom but well worth it to be able to walk to the old mountain-hut style hotel, and stay. If you want boutique style hotel- this isn't it. Days spent here hiking were the highlight of my trip. I was a little concerned before going about finding the trail to walk in to hotel, but turns out it's quite obvious. Road wide at first and rough cobblestone style surface, with always some people ahead and behind.

Very beautiful place. Extremely friendly stuff. Tasty food and drinks. Everythere is autentic atmosthere. We will be always happy we have met the best person ever - our driver. ❤️ Thank you for everything!

It isnt mentioned in booking, that it is impossible to reach this place by car. Available only by foot, bike or etc.

Restaurant was good, you can have a nice view of the mountains while eating.

Check in Lady didn't give us any info about the hotel, where anything is or about the breakfast(that you could have it for take away If you say this the evening before).The rest of the staff was helpful. It was Not clear where the entrance and exit was, could need some signs.

Location and food were amazing

There were some guests who did not respect the quiet hours and the Hotel did not seem to enforce them either. They were quite loud, well into the night, and we were there to enjoy the sounds of nature. We did talk to the folks at the reception desk and it was clear that they knew about it (she said that she had trouble sleeping too). I really wish that they enforced their own rules for the sake of all in the hotel.

Beautiful cozy hotel in the mountains with amazing views! Great access to the trails, great polish food and cozy homey rooms!

It would have been cool to point out to guests that a car could take us to the hotel. We didn't know this option and had to carry our suitcases uphill ourselves :)

Location, cleanliness, nice breakfast, friendly staff.

This is not a minus, but still woth to remind: Reception desk is open till 21.00 If you are unable to check in till that time you may get into trouble.

Great location with beutiful views. Several tracks leave from a hotel. Simple room, simple shared bathroom facility. Food was ok at the restaurant.

Except location and views there was nothing exceptional about this hotel and was only a bit better than mountain huts, though price was way bigger. Included breakfast migth be not enough for hungry ones.

Lack of mountain shelter atmosphere. The restaurant is too classy, while a bar/bistro is more needed for hiking travellers.
