The staff was lovely. We were welcomed by Jessica at check in and she was super helpful and friendly. We made use of room service and the staff was also very lovely and efficient. The room was spacious, the bed large and very comfortable, and the bath water powerful. The parking for the car was very convenient and worked very well as everything is within walking distance.

The bath area could be improved if it had a different protective structure that wouldn't let the water leak to the floor. The shampoo/shower gel little tubs were definitely not great to be used as a shampoo. Leaves the hair super dry. The more environmentally friendly option of having permanent dispensers for shower gel and shampoo separately could be a better option.

We had a pleasant stay here while walking the Camino. Our room was very clean and modern, with a large and comfortable bed. The top floor of the hotel has a lovely bar area and outdoor terrace with views of the surrounding area. It was a relaxing place to hang out. An excellent buffet breakfast was served there the next morning. We want to especially acknowledge the front desk staff, who were so kind and helpful.

The top-floor bar was supposed to be open at 7 pm every day, offering light meals as well as drinks. That had been our dinner plan after a full day of walking on the Camino. Unfortunately, it was closed the night we were there for unknown reasons. The wonderful front desk person directed us to a local restaurant where we had a very good dinner, so it all worked out.

Great location. Good (not excellent) breakfast. The restaurant and the setup is quite good. Very comfortable room. Nice garage for parking.

Quantity of goods in the breakfast was getting scarce 1h hour before closing. Air conditioning system in the room, even if set for maximum (noisy) was not refreshing the air. Noise outside the room (in the corridor) is quite audible inside.

Ideally located for Camino right in centre of town. All staff extremely helpful. All areas of hotel very clean. We had a large double bed and lovely en-suite. Hotel has a great rooftop bar/breakfast area. Same no one using it but you can access the outdoor space up here with panoramic views of town.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was clean. The front desk staff were kind and welcoming.

The AC in the room didn’t work very well. Be sure to check the in room manual for the proper settings, but even then it is still ineffective.

The location was perfect, it was near many restaurants, cafe’s, breakfast places, etc….. the hotel and room were very very clean. The view from the rooftop breakfast bar are really awesome. The thing that stood out above it all was the staff. The staff were all so friendly and helpful always. I can stress that enough. The cleaning staff was amazing!!! They went above and beyond with our stuff also

My phone would not charge, the receptionist went above and beyond duty to help me rectify the situation. A very nice breakfast. Good location for Camino

Central location. Large enough room, clean. Nice view to the city and river. Good, diverse breakfast. Easy parking inside the hotel. Nice balcony.

We were unfortunate with the hair dried which wasn't working. The hotel offered to replace it though if needed.

Nicely furnished room with large comfortable bed, right in the heart of Agueda. Breakfast was scrumptious with enough choices.

No hooks to hang towels or robes.

Amazing location with wonderful staff. Fabulous recommendation for dinner.

The aircon in the room was not working.
