Vila and the restaurant staff was amazing. Also reception staff very helpful even while the time they looked really busy.

Main pool area really crowded. The closest Inatel beach in Albufeira wasn't so nice as we expected. But there are many nice beaches around if you have a car.

We had the best stay at Eden Villa. Where to begin... on arrival reception staff were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. There is so much choice and variety of food at every meal sitting. Food is beautifully presented and very fresh. They even offer a packed lunch service at the cost of €1 which was absolutely lovely and perfect for a beach day. Bars are well stocked and staffed. Staff very attentive and serve you very quickly. Rooms are immaculate and clean. Shuttle service is great with shuttles to old town, marina, and the beach during the day. Old town is within walking distance. However, if you didn't fancy the walk, a taxi is only €4euros. Kids club is fantastic with such a variety of activities and the staff were excellent with the children. Great system of signing in and out and not allowing kids to leave without an adult unless told they can. We will definitely return to Eden villa

Nice food.. more or less good spread

When we read reviews from others, it looked the staff was great.. but in our experience we had good and bad experiences.. good was with few individuals always there to help with a smile.. bad was when there were few which made us look uncomfortable ( this was experienced with the Eden cafe place where there was a lady who mistakenly gave an alcoholic drink to our son and on confronting her looked dismissive as if “ so what” as a facial and vocal reaction.. this brought some bitter taste to us)… secondly they were not willing to give a packed lunch before 12.30 at 12.15 citing rules.. but for shows were normally late starting themselves.. basically flexibility was not mutual)..but overall still the place is nice… kids club and the people there rock!

Great value for money, Amazingly clean, Very very good Wifi throughout the resort. All inclusive best option. Food was good. Enjoyed cocktails. Apartments had all amenities mentioned. Free shuttle bus from resort to old town and shopping centre. Beach is only walkable distance from the old town. Staff were so friendly and nice. We went in February family trip. Aqua fun park was closed due to off season. Indoor pool was heated and nicely maintained. Outdoor pool was bit cool for the season. Kids club was great addition for kids entertainment. Things to do- Benagil cave and sea safari was worth it. Taxi services readily available if you wish to explore more, you can book it through bolt app or by reception- overall great experience.

Air con in the room was giving only hot air. So had to turn it off and windows had to be left open at night for better sleep. Didn’t affect much.

Very nice property that was extremely family focused. Upon arrival we had children's plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery, and travel cribs set up in our room for no additional cost. We were able to rent toys for our kids to play with for a great price. We were able to walk to a little grocery store (about 10 minutes) to get anything we needed including dippers. Staff were extremely helpful and kind.

Had a great stay, however upon checkout we forgot to ask for our toy deposit back (50 euro), and we are still emailing back and forth to get our refund 2.5 months latter. Only rated a 8 for this reason.

We had self-catering so I can't say much about food. 1. Spa treatment- great offers, very professional staff, we were spoiled by Lourenca and Hosana. 2. All the staff were very helpful and friendly 3. Free bus shuttle to town, very friendly bus driver 4. Indoor pool very warm, small but we could book a slot for swimming pool so it wasn't crowded 5. We had ground floor apartment, lots of space for sunbeds

The apartment needs lots of work done. The housekeeping should make more afford to clean our rooms.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. All staff were lovely to deal with and gave my children so much attention. The kids club staff were always full of energy, and my son loved spending time playing there. The evening entertainment was great too! The 2 bed apartment accommodated 4 adults have and 2 children, we found it very spacious. The rooms and communal areas were very clean and always had staff cleaning and tidying throughout the day! The food was lovely. We have already booked for next year and can't wait to go back!

Stayed for a long week end, apartment was really clean, well equipped and decorated really well, with lovely garden area. Food was really good, but all inclusive does feel like a school canteen. Staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, always had plates cleared before we came back to our seats. Adult pool was lovely and loads of activities at the other pool if you wanted. Beach towels were super soft and a great size.

The only criticism I would have, is the air conditioning was centrally controlled and was on the winter setting, our apartment was very warm in the evening and because every bedroom had patio doors we couldn’t open to cool the rooms down at night

The staying was amazing. The level of hospitality was at its highest level, specially because of Domingas, She was very kind with our kids. We are very impressed, she stood out of the crowd with her impeccable good work and natural hospitality. We were also well served by Antonia. Hotel was just very nice! Food was fantastic, freshly prepared, refreshed on regular basis and very hygienic. We loved our staying at the Eden Resort!

The playground area was closed. I would hope that it would be opened. Also the indoor swimming pool was a bit too small and there were no kids area in the pool. Those two things could improve

Lovely relaxing place and friendly staff, heated indoor pool was great as outdoors was still a bit chilly as early in season. Monica in spa was lovely and professional while I had a massage. Food good and plenty variety. Shuttle bus very welcome for trips into town and Algarve shopping centre. WhatsApp communication very useful for contacting reception ( we had an issue with plumbing that was sorted shortly) and booking indoor pool

Nothing really except maybe use the WhatsApp to inform of activities on site,we missed the bouncy castles as we didn’t know they were on
