Good service, friendly staff. Good breakfasts and live music every evening. We also booked dinner once, and the food was great - it was a Portuguese-style barbecue evening. Great location in a quiet suburban area with plenty of restaurants nearby. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away. Clean room, cleaned every day. Two swimming pools - indoor and outdoor - plus a sauna and hammam. Plenty of space to relax. Quiet atmosphere, it's a family hotel.

The hotel is a bit old, and the furniture is somewhat dated, but everything is clean and tidy. In our room, the wallpaper was mismatched - one part was yellow, the other white. It looked strange but didn’t bother me. The beds in our room were separated, it felt a bit unusual for us, but we knew about it when booking, so no complaints. Wearing a swimming cap is mandatory in the indoor pool. I wish I had known this in advance - I would’ve brought my own. You can buy one at the reception for €5. The elevators are extremely slow.

I like how all the staff were so nice and accommodating to our requests. The breakfast was lovely and the hotel didn’t feel too crowded. It was a peaceful and relaxing.

It would have been nice if there is atleast a kettle in the room as we usually want to have a cup of tea at bedtime. Also, there should be more options and varieties for breakfast.

It was a 70th Birthday stay and the staff made us feel so welcome and we even got a cake! A lovely hotel and friendly staff.

We received two pool towels which we left in our room when checking out. We advised the receptionist that we had left the towels in our room and she said that was fine I have just noticed however that the hotel charged us €20 on our bill for these towels I am really annoyed and feel that this is wrong

The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very welcoming, I always feel like I've come to my second 'home'

The food could be a little better, the pool bar food during the day was excellent, and some of the bar food in the evening was very nice, but some not so nice. I also wish their was a kettle in the room so you could make a hot drink.

The swimming pool. The large Bathroom. The pillows on the bed. The fact that you could accommodate and extra"mattress" in the room for my daughter. The breakfasts catered for everyone's needs. The drinks voucher from the General Manager was a lovely touch!.We will be back. Cleanand neat 👌 .

Staff at the friont desk were friendly and helpful. The bar staff were just as friendly!

It seemed like my towels were not changed daily as I thought. Which is fine but I didn't see a notice to conserve water and re-use towels. Other than this minor detail and the bed being more firm than my preference I enjoyed my time at this hotel

Lovely grounds of the hotel. No rush for sun beds in the morning no need to reserve. Nice cocktails in pool bar.

Coffee machine in breakfast buffet needs to be changed. Hotel a bit out of the town no way to walk taxi only.

The hotel location was great, a great relaxing feeling, and the staff was very polite. The pool was great, my partner can't swim, however, the way the pool is set up she was happy to be alone while relaxing in the water

It was close to beaches but they were a hike and climb away. Have to drive to the nearest accessible beach.
