Beautiful resort. Well cared for. Staff very friendly & efficient.

Like many developments in the area it was necessary to travel to amenities, eg supermarket, pharmacy etc nothing within easy walking distance so a car or Uber became necessary. Not a huge problem but it did mean there wasn't an easy solution to some unplanned needs.

1. The location was great....walking distance to the Shack and Danos at the Campus. 2. The villa was spacious and well presented. The maid service was excellent as well as the morning rolls.

The only downside was being unable to connect to the wifi in the villa. We even tried all 4 passwords but we still couldn't connect. We ended up 'tethering' from our mobile phones to get access to the internet. We stayed at the same villa last year and experienced the exact same issue. I did speak to the folks in reception ~ and their advice was to keep trying different passwords...but this still didn't work. Maybe, the resort should address this with the owner of the villa. (Villa 74).

Great apartment and lovely complex. Not much to criticise, everything was fabulous. The delicious fresh bread rolls dropped off every morning (bar Sunday) was a nice touch. Daily apartment clean, bed making, towel change was exemplary (again bar Sunday). We loved the Encosta complex swimming pool and most days had it virtually all to ourselves.

The barking dogs in the underneath and next door apartments spoilt the peace on the odd occasion. I would not have mentioned it but sometimes the barking went on for far too long. The swimming pool was lovely but in need of a good clean (dirty grouting).

The apartment was excellent and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Very clean and comfortable. The groceries they provided on the first day (bread, milk, butter, jam, fruit) was great as well as the daily delivery of fresh bread

Just the location really - particularly to get groceries but ubers were cheap enough to get around. Would have been better if we had a car.

The property was as described. Lovely modern apartment in a quiet location. Loved the carpet in the bedroom and the comfy lounge area ( like home from home)

Very small complaint - utensils in kitchen not good .. no corkscrew and the knives were blunt ( no scissors either) also no chopping boards. Maybe a dishcloth and fairy liquid ( or some kind of cleaning product to wipe down kitchen surfaces) Very small issues but would make life a little easier - we didn’t hire a car so no supermarket In walking distance.

great swimming pool and both bedrooms had en-suites! The property was cleaned daily and also fresh bread rolls delivered. The staff go above and beyond.

excellent location, the apartment was modern and light. The apartment pool was great. Having tennis courts on site was a big perk.

the resort restaurant was empty and unappealing

We loved the accommodation. The rooms were stunning. The beds were very comfortable and a great night sleep was had. The sitting room was great in the evenings and we used the balcony every night. The kitchen was fully stacked with everything you could need for home cooking. We were at the pool daily, although quite cold we still swam as it was great to cool off. We played tennis daily and the gym was superb for every workout

The only faults: pool bar was expensive compared to other resorts we stayed in €4.00 for a coffee €19.00 for a prawn omelette Toasted ham and cheese was good value at €5.00 The pool was very cold actually much warmer in the sea and the lake at the shack.

Huge apartment, comfy beds and couch, great kitchen with all the essentials, quiet and clean. Lovely pool, great gym and perfect central location. The resort also provides you with milk, butter and jams on arrival as well as fresh bread delivered daily, such a nice treat.

They property is beautiful and the rooms are stunning.

nothing the property was lovely however Quinta Do Lago is quite remote with little to do.
