Stuff was lovely, room was perfectly clean, bed was comfortable, location is convenient (but maybe I would choose to stay in the old city next time), water pressure was excellent. Overall a pleasant stay with no major problems at all

Having a mini fridge in the room would be nice. Hot water ran out one night, breakfast was good in terms of variety and quantity but quality could have been a bit better. The body/hair was provided is kinda rough on the hair and there is no conditioner provided

Staff we met, Very friendly, at reception especially as it`s their job to make us welcome but they go the extra mile and so so helpful. We checked out in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in a secure location near reception as we wanted to visit the University, so 5* there ! Breakfast facilities could be better as it`s all cold cuts but I`m a bit fussy as anything less than a buffet, egg, bacon, sausages oodles of toast and real good espresso, I`m unhappy lol.

It was clean, tidy and comfortable enough for my 2 night stay. Despite it being on the main road, it was very quiet too.

The location was a little walk away from the main town, but it was a pleasant walk over the bridge. The bathroom was a little small, and the room was a little small - but it was just me so it was fine.

The location was good. A short walk to city centre and major attractions. The staff was cordial and talkative.

The usb ports on one side of the bed were not working so well. I had the experience of leaving the phone to charge overnight to find out in the morning that it had 4% battery left. Not life or death staff but I rely on the phone a lot.

Great location, pretty rooms and an okay view. Staff was very friendly and explained everything well and in English. Material of the towels and bedsheets was also pleasant. And the fact that you could get in at all times, at night via a night door, was amazing.

The shower stand for the shower head was broken so I had to keep it in my hand which was a little uncomfortable. There was a tourist tax of 1 euro per person which was a bit random. And the rooms definitely weren't sound proof like the description said.

It is in a very convenient location- can walk across the river to many stores and restaurants, while shuttles and busses stop outside to take you to the University. The staff were extremely helpful and the buffet breakfast was excellent with many choices

Parking outside can be a challenge but there is a free underground parking structure within walking distance

Very well located, big parking on the side of the property for your car that was so convenient you can leave it for the full weekend. It was free. Very easy to visit the city and all the attractions.

Being under on the first floor, we were very lucky to be out by the staff to bring our suitcase. It’s probably 20 stairs.

Staff was very lovely and helpful. The hotel was great, room was tidy and clean, and had everything I needed. The room was large and cosy.

The only con was the noise, as the room doesn't have a good sound insulation, any noise on the corridor was very audible inside of the room. Even thou the periods of noise, I still had a good stay and wish all the best to the hotel and staff. Thank you for the services.

Very nice, clean, small room with small bath. Comfortable beds. Location was good with a bus to sights available just outside and free parking very close by. Tons of restaurants within a short distance. Extremely friendly, helpful reception staff. Great price too!

It is on the other side of the river but we didn’t mind, the location is still good. The staff at the front desk was really helpful. The hotel and room are very well kept (except the windows in the rooms that for some reason were always leaking water).

The windows sort of not keeping the water out (it was pouring outside, so maybe that’s why)
