We had a really nice big comfortable room with great air conditioning which was much needed. It was an ideal central location and close to everywhere we wanted to go.

We didn't find it easy to spot from driving there and the streets are very busy nearby. The car park is good but expensive at 15 Euros per night and it was difficult to find a free space on the street especially if you are new to the area. The breakfast was ok but we didn't think was worth the extra cost.

We appreciated having a fridge. Spacious room. Another chair or luggage rack would have been handy. Loved the relaxed feel, modern decor. All of our needs were met while we enjoyed our time in Coimbra.

Leaky tap in bathtub and the toilet ran a little so we had to close the bathroom door so the noise didn’t bother us. The staff responded with concern when we reported the leaks.

The hotel has very strategic postion. Everything is several minutes on foot from there. Bus station, public bus stop, central public bus stops (Portagem), railway station Coimbra (cca 5 min), Coimbra-B (cca 15-20 min), two supermarkets, restaurants, the center etc. The staff is willing to answer the questions or send the invoice by e-mail on request immediately, absolutely no problem. The bed was very comfortable. The shower enclosure without any flaw - I haven't seen it for a long time. Very surprising and I appreciate it!

Maybe the explicit information within the hotel policy that the check-in is possible after midnight would help to somebody...

The Stafford great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The little balcony area was nice as well.

Some of the room facilities were in poor repair. For example, the lapse didn’t stand up correctly, and the stems had been broken by previous guests. None of this detracted from our stay.

Great and cozy hotel. Our room was larger then it looked in the photos and everything we needed was there. Solid breakfast with a lot of variety, even picky eaters should be satisfied. Wonderfully helpful staff. It's more geared towards younger adults, but we were perfectly accommodated as a young family.

Near the main central area. Helpful and pleasant staff. The rooms kept clean and plenty white towels.

Could do with having a pleasant and comfortable sitting/reading room for longer stay guests.

The staff was excellent, very friendly. It is close to the nice centrum, The room was wide, nice bath. The parking is in the building, small and no charging option for the car, the breakfast was complete

The room was lovely and the bed was enormous and super comfortable. The location was excellent for public transport and for arriving/departing via coach or train. There are some great restaurants not too far away, and once you get your bearings, it is also easy to find your way around to the sights.

The breakfast was pretty basic - we had better in all our other accommodations in Portugal. The map of Coimbra provided to us wasn't actually helpful as it was so hard to read.

Very clean, with a huge room to the exterior, well insulated for noise and heat. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good and good value as well. Totally recommend it.

Nothing in particular, just location is 10 min walking from the old town.

The wifi was weak, and the moquette on the floor gave the impression that it was not so clean
