The pool area and activities are very good, the hotel is very clean! The room is comfortable and have a good size. We had a good time and are going back next summer. The employees at reception were kind and made us feel welcomed.

The gluten free breakfast is not good at all, they just give you a dry bread and a muffin and that's it. If you have Celiac that's very disappointing 😞 you definitely can't have a good meal there. The gluten free breakfast was the reason why we booked this hotel but turns out it was very disappointing. Wifi is not so good, every time you change locations in the hotel you have to login in the network again. After the first day I just gave up and used my own phone data.

The location was wonderful, just a few minutes walk from the beach and an easy walk to Lagos's marina, train station, and old town. It was easy for us to get around with our toddler in tow. It was great having a play area on site for kids, an indoor pool, and the breakfast buffet in the morning had a decent variety. A few of the staff were particularly wonderful and helped make our trip a great one, most notably Ines at the front desk. She took the time to suggest places for us to go, restaurants to eat at, and broke it down by those that were walkable and those that required a car. We followed a number of her suggestions and are glad we did!

The beds had protective covers on them that felt and sounded quite plasticky, which made moving around the bed a bit annoying. There was no "welcome guide" in the room explaining hotel policies. This wasn't a big deal, but we were caught off guard a bit when we went to the pool and didn't have swim caps or reservation. The outdoor play area for kids doesn't have a heated pool and the indoor pool doesn't have a shallow section for children, so the swimming set up wasn't as ideal as it could have been. But we managed and had a great time!

The hotel room was so humid, and water puddles were created under the windows with a moldy smell. The jacuzzi was cold, even after we repeatedly asked for a higher temperature, it didn’t change after few days either. The swimming pool was also bit cold, therefore, we couldn’t really use the wellness at all with our toddler…this part was dissapointing. If you enter the pool, you must wear a hat, which was odd for me. We saw a giant cockroach in the wellness area. It happens in hotels, but gives you a bad feeling about sanity.

Pool was great, very refreshing and lots of space. I really liked there are extra exits from wings of the hotel to the pool and also a back exit to the beach.

The only improvements I would suggest are for the buffet breakfast and dinner. For breakfast the line for omelette/pancakes was many times very long and some of the cooks didn't manage to be agile and the whole waiting seemed like a silent group meditation while observing the (slow) speed of the cook. Another improvement can be made in the flavours of the cooked food (from soup to pasta), it seems that french fires and meat were well seasoned, but other food could use at least some salt (which might be on purpose as it is easy to add later).

No coffee/tea making facilities in room, no shower mat, food in evening substandard, bar understaffed - took ages to get a drink, bar staff unskilled in preparing alcoholic drinks (over did it on alcohol portions), staff mostly morose and unfriendly, seemed to be no visible management oversight, no lifeguards

This is an excellent hotel for a family holiday. We enjoyed a week lounging around by the huge pool, and always getting a lounger. The property is kept impressively clean in all areas and we liked the beach walk into town. We used the pool bar for lunch every day and the breakfast room was always clean and well-stocked, despite the large numbers of people.

very big hotel with a massive pool and even though the hotel was super busy, you could still have your quiet corner. Food in the hotel restaurant was delicious and the pool bar food was as delicious. Very close to the beach and just a 20mins walk from town.

The breakfast was good especially the omelettes. Baked goods could be fresher. The location was excellent . Loved the board walks. Easy walk to town. Beach was amazing. Very good train/ bus station if you want to travel without a car.

I don’t think you can make the sun shine every day on Feb! We like travelling in the quieter times and the hotel I ’m sure was not full at all. I imagine in busy times it could be quite noisy at night.( ie. could use more sound proofing. Breakfast could also be fresher especially baked goods.l

We loved the facilities and the staff were fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating they went above and beyond to help us and they made my stay for my birthday very special. They spoiled me and it really made my whole experience that much better.The food was great. Everything was clean. Thank you to everyone that helped us and a special thank you to Sara she was amazing. I can't wait to come back.

We had a lovely stay. Room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. We did have issues with the air-conditioning stopping but hotel staff were quick to address. Pool is a good size despite a lot of people. Buffet breakfast was good. You can walk into the marina and old town easily, the boardwalk is a nice way to go. Would recommend.

We had a buffet dinner one night which was terrible, over priced and an odd mix off food. Breakfast is much better.
