Even though it’s a large complex the place is very quiet. Good sound proofing in the apartments. The pool area is generous. The grounds are well kept. The apartments are spacious & pretty well equipped. The balconies are a good size. Good supply of clean towels and sheets.

The apartments’ decor is dated. There was no kettle. The only way to boil water was in a large saucepan. There are no loungers on the balcony, just uncomfortable wooden chairs. Many of the loungers at the pool are old and grubby.

This apartment was much better in real life than the photos! As we arrived after check in hours we picked up the keys from security which was easy and seamless. There were eight of us in total and the three bedroom apartment was the perfect place to house all of us for two nights. We really enjoyed the pool in particular and its facilities (bar, cafe, toilets, sun chairs). The apartment had a pool view which was great!

A lot of lights in different rooms didn't work and it would be great to have been provided with beach towels in addition to shower towels. Also would have been nice to have bodywash/soap and wifi with the apartment - had to pay a daily rate for that, so we just used our mobile data.

Very quiet location, always free parking space. The resort has a clean and large swimming pool with free sunbeds and umbrellas. The apartment is spacious, very clean, the kitchen is well equipped. The beds were above average comfortable. Those with heavy luggage can use the elevator. Huge balcony, beach umbrellas available - perfect! Town center just 10-15 mins walk.. Highly recommended and thank you!

The only small thing - there was no detergent or dishwasher tablets in the kitchen

Great complex with a lot of facilities: pool, parking, huge terase, spacious rooms. Clean and tidy. It was also very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable expandable beds in the living room.

Would have been nice to have some liquid soap for dishes, 2-3 pods for each of the washing machines, coffee caps, especially since the machine is not so common. Wifi not included, the price is 6 Euro/day. (We had by coincidence free wifi, but the other family on the reservation not.)

The pool snack bar is good and well-priced. It is clean around the pool and well-maintained. Access to the sun beds was never a problem. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hotel is very well located to the nearby port area as long as you don't mind a walk up the hill on the way home.

The reception was closed for an hour when we arrived. This was not an issue, however the staff had not returned when it stated the reception should have been open again. Waited for 30 minutes before giving up and coming back later. The pool rules seemed a little bit over the top. The rules appear to only apply to some people and at some times.

The apartment was very spacious but bathrooms need to be renovated and shades need to be replaced . Very clean plenty of towels . Kitchen was full of utensils to cook ACs working very well .

Beds are very uncomfortable. No free wifi in the apartment . At least for the price of the unit you expect to have it . 6 dollars for renting a router for me was not even a choice I think most hotels do not do that anymore. This units are all the way up in the hill so expect a long walk to get to the center of Lagos It might say 7 min walk distance on maps BUT it is a very hard walk .

We arrived at 6pm and were still able to pick up the keys via the security gate, which was so nice and easy after a long day of driving. The view from the balcony is fantastic! The resort has so much grass, and lots of dogs. The resort is split up into separate building 'blocks', at 2 stories high maximum and each is surrounded by lawns, so although we were on the top level, I could easily take my dog down to the grass for a wee.

I was sleeping on the fold out couch and couldn't find a doona/duvet. There were 2 blankets in the wardrobe but they absolutely stank of animal smell, I couldn't use either one of them. As we had a late check-in, reception wasn't open. To keep warm, I had to borrow my Dad's jumper to sleep in. On departure, I left them on the floor with all the other bedding/linen to be washed, so hopefully they get cleaned/replaced ASAP and a proper doona/duvet is supplied. I'm not sure why someone would use them for their pets, please bring your own dogs bed and bedding like the rest of us considerate folk do.

A very nice location with good sized rooms. Close to shops and the beach. Good value for money.

On the last night the keyhole didn't work so we were locked out in the cold and had to wait for the security to come and use another key . Also found a few hairs on the side of the bath when I first arrived in the bathroom. One of the bedrooms had a very bad smell when you turn on the ac.

My 5th stay at Vita Sol. Clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartments. Extremely well equipped. Quiet and safe area. Great pool and pool bar . 10 minutes walk to the Marina and 15 from the Old Town

Nothing - it’s a great place for a family holiday.

Good location, walkable into Lagos. Large and clean pool in a well looked after pool/tennis area. The children loved the pool. Easy parking. The apartment was very large, albeit with unusual proportions (giant living area and balcony but small kitchen).

Apartment decor is dated, but has a certain charm because of it.
