The pool snack bar is good and well-priced. It is clean around the pool and well-maintained. Access to the sun beds was never a problem. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hotel is very well located to the nearby port area as long as you don't mind a walk up the hill on the way home.

The reception was closed for an hour when we arrived. This was not an issue, however the staff had not returned when it stated the reception should have been open again. Waited for 30 minutes before giving up and coming back later. The pool rules seemed a little bit over the top. The rules appear to only apply to some people and at some times.

The apartment was very spacious but bathrooms need to be renovated and shades need to be replaced . Very clean plenty of towels . Kitchen was full of utensils to cook ACs working very well .

Beds are very uncomfortable. No free wifi in the apartment . At least for the price of the unit you expect to have it . 6 dollars for renting a router for me was not even a choice I think most hotels do not do that anymore. This units are all the way up in the hill so expect a long walk to get to the center of Lagos It might say 7 min walk distance on maps BUT it is a very hard walk .

We arrived at 6pm and were still able to pick up the keys via the security gate, which was so nice and easy after a long day of driving. The view from the balcony is fantastic! The resort has so much grass, and lots of dogs. The resort is split up into separate building 'blocks', at 2 stories high maximum and each is surrounded by lawns, so although we were on the top level, I could easily take my dog down to the grass for a wee.

I was sleeping on the fold out couch and couldn't find a doona/duvet. There were 2 blankets in the wardrobe but they absolutely stank of animal smell, I couldn't use either one of them. As we had a late check-in, reception wasn't open. To keep warm, I had to borrow my Dad's jumper to sleep in. On departure, I left them on the floor with all the other bedding/linen to be washed, so hopefully they get cleaned/replaced ASAP and a proper doona/duvet is supplied. I'm not sure why someone would use them for their pets, please bring your own dogs bed and bedding like the rest of us considerate folk do.

I loved the pool, it is so big, clean and well-maintained. Having sunloungers around on the grass was so relaxing. The size of the apartment was great and I had 100s of TV channels. The size of the balcony was incredible too - plenty of space for breakfast, drying clothes and the sun lounger. The kitchen was well-kitted out, the L-shaped couch was comfy.

The rooms are a bit outdated. There was a musky smell. The beds were very hard, the couch was more comfortable to sleep on. The amazing pool and balcony made up for it. Location wise it is at the top of a hill, so its a bit of a walk to the supermarket and marina.

6th time staying here and will be back again. Apartments are very big in comparison with others, pool and snack bar are great.

The 2nd night we couldn’t sleep as the next door apartment were being extremely noisy it sounded like they were having a party, it was extremely noisy but when we contacted the security on site and the noise was no longer an issue. I don’t mind people having fun but when it’s 3am and the noise , shouting and music is preventing you from sleep that’s not on. Reception asked us next day about it as the security guard had advised them and other apartments had also complained. Reception and security were extremely helpful and proactive

Very clean large apartment with all facilities. Fantastic large pool with friendly bar staff.

Signage is very poor regarding directions to reception. Had to phone them to find out they were actually situated outside the resort gates!. Strange , Considering it’s a quality resort surprised to find no soap provided. Found double bed uncomfortable. Dishwasher provided but no tablets provide.

Lovely apartment . Had brilliant facilities in the kitchen . Everything you needed. Very spacious very clean ( we only stayed 3 nights ) no one came in to clean but on arrival it was clean . The pool is amazing loads of space for everyone . The snack bar is more than just a normal snack bar .

All the beds were old and not comfortable. I tried them all out as I had 2 kids I had to sleep in different rooms on different nights for various reasons . I really hope they changed the beds as they were old and the mattresses could feel the springs on all of them .

Various sized apartments for all our different sized families. The pool and bar/restaurant was excellent. Food was great. Grounds well so we’ll maintained. Felt very safe there. Proximity to town and beach was great. Easy to Uber for cheap when needed.

My bed was definitely uncomfortable 🙁 And having only one key was a nuisance. Either a lockbox or electronic key cards would be a great improvement. Considering I flew from USA having beach towels would also be a huge bonus for little cost to owners.

Clean apartment with good facilities. Comfortable beds. Location is good and if the walk up the hill is a bit much after an evening out there is always Uber!! Would recommend and will be returning.

Had a sofa bed in lounge which was very uncomfortable to sit on. Needs lots of cushions...

Plenty of room for 7 adults. Good size bedrooms, bathrooms, living area and lovely balcony. Great large pool area, very quiet (late April). Small supermarket nearby to get essentials. Able to leave luggage to reception. 15 minute walk to the harbour.

No kettle. Didn’t bother us, but property is located at the top of a steep hill.
