Very chilled vibe...it had a relaxed surfy hangout air to the place. The owners gave us privacy and left us to it yet were attentive and quick to respond to queries as well as fix any issues. Pool and building really pretty (the cerise bougainvillea against the mustard building and turquoise pool is stunning) and just great to be able to have a sun lounger every time i wanted to be next to the pool. It felt luxurious. Sea views from pool and courtyard. We used the barbecue facilities on a couple of nights too. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. Location was walkable to town (15 mins to mariner, 20 to the cobbled streeted old town of Lagos) and beach (12 mins) although after a meal.and a long day at the beach we were too tired (even with a strong portuguese espresso and a pastel de nata for energy!) to walk home so got a Bolt taxi each night. Would recommend and visit again. Thanks.

Minor issues...Lack of glasses no plug for kitchen sink, unable to tune in TV to watch the olympics!!

The room was way bigger than I expected! It felt like a luxury villa. Kitchenette had everything we needed to cook or prepare any snacks throughout the day. The pool was so nice to hop into after a long beach day. The owners offered to do a private boat tour with some other folks staying at the guest house and it was absolutely incredible! Much better than the other boat tours where you are with a ton of people and you go to the same spots.. overall it was a great stay! We had a car which made Getting around very easy from the house and into town, that being said, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you don’t have a car as it’s juuuust far enough away from town to be sort of a hassle to walk. Other than that 10/10!

Amazing venue in a more secluded area, however with a car it didn't bother us. Supermarkets close by, even city center was in somewhat walkable distance. At nights it might get a bit dark on your way back to the apartment, just a heads up. Everything was nice, clean and the apartment felt cozy yet spacious. It was everything we were looking for. I bet during the summertime the pool and barbecue are in good use. Thank you again for having us!

Our host Karena was super friendly and made sure our stay was perfect. Our room had everything we needed, including kitchen utensils, fridge, stove, hair dryer, and a comfortable bed. The house is on a hill with stunning views of the city and beach. Location-wise, it is 20 min walk to Lagos Marina (restaurants and tourist attractions), 15 min to Pingo Doce (groceries) and 15 min to the nearest beach (Meia Beach). If walking back at night, make sure to bring a flashlight because there's a stretch without street lights.

In the evening, the shower ran out of hot water. This wasn't an issue in the mornings.

Beautiful, cosy villa on the outskirts of the city, with a well-kept garden and a swimming pool. The room is cosy and has all the necessary appliances for a comfortable holiday. The patio terrace has a beautiful view of the coast. The owners were attentive and provided all the necessary information to ensure a memorable holiday. We would love to come back again next time.

We rented the private cottage and it was very spacious for our family of 4 (could easily sleep 6!) We had plenty of space to spread out. And beautiful decor to relax. I especially appreciated the comfortable couches for relaxing on.The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook meals, and the access to Netflix om TV was a wonderful treat for our children. We found driving access to and from the historic center of Lagos to be easy. The pool looked lovely, but it was a bit too cold to use during our stay. We didn't see any other guests from the other studios during our stay. Self check in/out was super easy. Parking was immediately adjacent to the guest suite.

Remember to grab the pingo doce coffee pods so you can have fresh brewed coffee in the morn! The private cottage is beautifully decorated but the bathroom tiles could use an update too.

It‘s a very beautiful and comfortable accommodation. We were renting a separate cottage which we enjoyed a lot. Beautiful view, nice decor, lots of privacy during our stay in April. We were amazed by a beautiful garden and a nice pool.

As we were staying for a bit longer time, it would have been nice to have a slightly better equipped kitchen (more utensils, cutlery, etc) & a place to dry swimming clothes. The contact with the owners was done purely online.

Very good localization, especially when you have a car. It's far from the city hustle, still the city center and the beaches are really close when traveling by car. The rooms were big and the beds comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfasts and the morning coffee made from a great Saeco coffee machine. Oh and there is a swimming pool which was great for really hot days. Highly recommended!

Everything was really nice, the kitchen was really well equipped, but we didn't have a wine bottle opener in our room. It's an absolute trifle, but it would be a nice supplement for the whole kitchen :)

I liked this property a lot. Easy parking for our rental car, quiet and relaxing, not many other guests at the same time. I liked that they have a little kitchen and plenty of seating.

there wasn’t anything that was negative. I would just say it would have been nice to have a few little bottles of shampoo and conditioner but I also totally understand why they didn’t and that the bottles can be unsustainable.

It was very peaceful, relaxing and quiet. There was a decent store a 5-min walk away, 10min to the beach and 15min to the marinas and edge of town. We booked the boat tour on the private boat, skippered by the husband - he was professional, knowledgeable and it was a super relaxed trip with only 6 of us on the boat.

There was nothing not to like... everything was great
