I had such a lovely stay here! The location is unbeatable - it is s quick walk away from the museums in the historical center, restaurants, shopping and the castle is just up the hill. My room was spacious and lovely, with a balcony that overlooked the square and cathedral. Everything was squeaky clean, the staff was friendly and kind, breakfast is served on the top floor with amazing views. There is free parking on the street and in parking garage underneath the hotel. Only nice things to say about the place, will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Pombal!

The room is comfy, spacious, with balcony. Although it is the center of the city - traffic and church nearby, all this could hardly be heard due to well isolated windows. Air conditioner is in place as well. Dedicated parking place in the basement free of charge.

Although there is parking place, be cautious not to damage your car while going down (and up afterwards) due to steep and curvy path. You have to be highly skilled driver going there without any electronic or inperson assistance.

Great spot right in town with beautiful views of the main town square and church. Plus parking supplied.

The showering system was over complicated and difficult to turn the water on. My 80 yr old mother had to have bird baths as it was too hard for her to rotate handles, once you worked out which one it was. I struggled at first and I’m a fit 50yr old.

Excellent location. Don't bother to look elsewhere - 5 minutes from train and bus station. A few restaurants nearby. Not much open on Saturday evening and Sunday. The hotel room is spacious, with good linen and towels. Interesting fancy shower. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

The carpets - they need to be replaced. Large camino groups arrive, a bit noisy at times.

Wonderful small hotel in the heart of Pombal, across from the main church. (First bells did not sound until 7:00 AM.) Easy parking in the underground garage. Easy off-on to main highway. Easy walk to nearby castelo - well worth a visit. I did not have breakfast at the hotel.

No problems. Even the elevator worked perfectly. There was a gelato shop nearby making cones that smelled too delicious. Is that a problem?

Excellent Room, apparently renovated. Location on main square with in house free parking. Breakdast is just perfect. Big variety of excellente quality Products. Fully reccomended.. Service is very good in all means..

Nothing-- Eventually a bottle of water waiting at Room would be a good advice..

Beautiful hotel, ideally situated in the centre of Pombal. It had a lovely roof terrace and breakfast was served overlooking this. The bedroom was spotlessly clean with a state of the art shower. The railway station is just a few minutes walk. Altogether a fabulous stay.

There was nothing not to like

The breakfast was perfect,Greek yogurt with mango pulp,for ex.excellent fruit salad,delicious Portuguese cheeses,many jams and breads,then custard pies and cakes. Only bad thing were the omeletes,unbeatable.

Spacious room, spectacular view to the town center, very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

Rather narrow and steep entrance to a hotel’s parking, but there is a lot of public space to park next to hotel and hotel’s personnel helps with parking a car.

Everything was outstanding. First, The relationship, empathy, friendlyness, easiness Of everything: Booking, access, car parking, stay, location, view, breakfast, advices…. So nice. A lovely stay, I strongly recommend.
