The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great — right in the historical center and within walking distance of the riverside. Overall, it left a good impression.

The sound isolation was terrible — you could clearly hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway. The ground floor was under renovation, making it feel empty and like a construction site. Check-in and breakfast are in a separate building, which is not great, especially when it’s raining. Also, there’s no hairdryer in the room, which is unusual even though it wasn’t listed in the description.

The very low cost is the primary benefit of this hotel. Although very basic in facilities what they offer for the cost is exceptional. Free WiFi throughout hotel, very clean overall with fresh towels provided frequently. What they offer for the price charged is exceptional.

The shower is quite small. Currently (March 2023) no breakfast service was available. It is possible to get breakfast from the hotel directly across the road. Unfortunately for our trip they didn't have any available capacity. However there are many cafe close by that open at 7:00 am and serve great breakfasts. There is no direct parking offered, but a covered car park is close by. Check out Telpark.

Very clean bedroom, nicely appointed in a central location for the town centre, local buses and train station. Staff were exceptionally helpful to me and all done without fuss and with a smile. The beach strip walkable in about 30 minutes but served by many buses.

Breakfast was a little limited in terms of choice and quality. Surprised there was no fresh milk.

The location was good for us because it's less than 10 min walk to the train station and key bus stops. The room was cleaned every day. Lots of light in our room. Balcony. Comfortable bed.

There is no kettle in the room or in the entire building. Had to walk across the road to another hotel to get hot water. No hairdryer.

A Great central Location, the accommodation was modern and clean with a really nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also good for the money we paid.

There is very limited parking close to the hotel and most is paid. There was not a great deal of space for storage of clothing, if your were staying for a week or more it might have been difficult. The pillows were not very big, were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Very good location. The room was very clean and it was being cleaned every day. The staff was very polite.

Breakfast wasn't good. We tried it only once. There could be a shelf and some hangers in the bathroom. In the main room also was lacking some drawers, some boxes to keep things. Or one more mirror.

Very friendly staff at check-in (a Spanish-speaking lady), very polite male receptionist with great customer service while collecting keys (a Portuguese gentleman) and during the stay and check out (another Portuguese gentleman). Very clean, spacious room with extra bed, clean bathroom, TV with loads of local and international programmes, very big windows overlooking the main street and another hotel in front of our room, writing desk, reception open until late, bags storage facilities

Room was warm (end of December) and comfortable. The building has a lift and communal spaces. Good location just off the main shopping street and a short walk from the train station.

Tiny shower with curtain that sticks to you. Have to check in at the sister hotel opposite, which was a bit confusing.

Was a very lovely stay, easy check in at the inn across the road. Everything was as expected! They cleaned the rooms every day and gave fresh towels and bedding. Location was great!

The bathroom was quite small! However understandable for the area it is in.

Very nice and welcoming people. Clean spatious rooms, right in the city center. We choose the location becouse it seemed clean and so it was, very clean. A little bit cold during the winter, maybe during summer time it is better. Some more facilities like a tea or coffee, even a small fridge would have been welcomed but overall excellent facilities

breakfast was very limited, no options for a healthy breakfast for baby, like vegetables/fruits or yoghurt, etc. No baby chair, bad coffee.
