The staff is super friendly and always available. While not in the city centre, the hotel is super close to it by car and there are multiple parking slots in front or close to it, making it really great to explore Algarve by car. The breakfast, while being the same all days, is great to start the day without worrying about finding a coffee spot and offers multiple food choices both hot and cold. The room is clean and spacious

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was good, too. The room was very spacious, and the room had great natural light.

I didn't like the rules of having a wristband, no guest. However, I understand why, especially during a festival. However, I still wasn't a big fan of those extra precautions. Also, my room was near the main entry door so people slamming that door every time they came in and out was ideal either

I was staying in this hotel for 3 nights with my partner and we had a great experience. The room is very spacious, with a big bed and a nice balcony. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great! There was no problem finding parking near the hotel. Thank you! :)

The Wi-Fi varied in strength from good to weak to better and so on. (There was a notice advising that there was a problem but there was no improvement whilst there) Only one small lift in main building Too many barking dogs in vicinity Door slamming

The staff are amazing!!! The most lovely man greeted us and let us store our bags until check in. They also let us do an early check in because the room was ready! Great value, amazing breakfast.

A little bit further away from the beach, but you can still easily walk. Portimao is a lovely location! I would definitely recommend it.

The room was great, clean and had everything one needs. Everyone was nice and there is a comfy patkingspace in front for a (rental)car. The location is a bit outside of the City, but the first thing they gave me was a list of restaurants either in the centre or neer by.

The hotel has anything you need. Breakfast was well furnished, starting from fruit to salty option. The room was a standard double, with a nice balcony watching the garden. The cleaning of the room was also a merit.

The swimming pool was nice, but it was inside and not always comfortable to use (outside would be better). The staff was kind, someone was always smiling, others a bit less.

Everything was clean, plenty of room, friendly staff who allowed me to check in early as I needed to change to get ready for an event, good breakfast with plenty of variety. Parking on site and convenient location

Though this hotel has clearly seen its better days (around 70s or 80s, I guess), the rooms and facilities are quite spacious, everything is clean and there's a free indoor pool and breakfast included. At one of the lowest prices in town is was an ok deal (mainly because there wasn't anything better at this price point).

AC was extremely loud and hard to regulate. Beds are really hard.

Almost everything, but especially the breakfast. There is variety, with fresh fruit and soy, rice and oat milks. The staff are friendly and efficient.

The toilet was almost under the washbasin! Very cramped if you have long legs.
