The bed was very very good. My #1 concern. I broke my back in two places many years ago so I really need a good bed. The nightlife was very close, the parking was very good and the apartment was a good size.

I was somewhat disappointed with the tennis. There is only one court available. And on weekends the court turns into a basketball facility. The resort is more focused on pickleball, then tennis. The tennis court had so many different lines ( basketball, pickle ball lines, etc) that it was very difficult to see if the ball was in or out. The price was very good compared to other facilities so overall it was a good experience. Also, it should be noted that the supermarket pingo doce is less than a kilometer away.

Much possibility to relax in peace sport sauna nice restorant 🚬 cigarettes areas by flat and at restorant. Huge park around, warm terasse, spacy flats good beds about 1 meter large both... Easy to have taxi to down town, less than 10 euros. Staff nice they are there for customers. Also custemers are nice and we meet local people whom go to gym and programmed group sports, squash tennis and real football grass field.Cosy place Reception is helpful.

Shop is far away. Mixer, coffee filter, filter for spaghetti macaroni and tin and bottle openers in kitchen equipment and long brush to keep floor mainly clean, but I have used to that, people steal so often. You can bring yourself. Night light by bed missing to switch of/ on. We cannot lock the saloon side door from outside to go shorter way to heart of Main happenings and Reception.

While I did encounter a reservation issue during my stay, which was frustrating, I want to give the management and reception staff 5 stars. They went above and beyond to resolve the situation. They were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure we felt comfortable and welcome throughout the entire process. The staff's dedication and friendliness is truly the hotel's biggest asset.

- Steam room and Jacuzzi not working - This was disappointing. - Please consider putting a note outside when there are swimming lessons ongoing. This would help to avoid awkwardness for both the students and guests.

Quiet location a short ‘Uber’ ride from the Villamoura marina. Very nice friendly helpful staff there are two small swimming pools in facility one indoor. Food was fine in bar and reasonably priced our kids had chips and pizza. If you are looking for a nice quiet location to chill and relax then this would be a good option. Safe secure location. Uber ride to Villamoura Marina cost about €9 (5 people) on average and very little wait time .

There was very little in terms of evening entertainment for kids so we went to marina most evenings.

Love the villa, massive rooms, great kitchen and really comfortable beds. Very clean and great maid service. Lovely modern shower. Nice view from patio area. We ate at the sports bar 2 nights and the food was excellent, really friendly and efficient staff too.

The layout of the bathroom was a bit tricky as you had to shut the door to get to the toilet behind it, not good for mobility issues. The garden table and chairs was a bit tired and could do with an up grade. We were fortunate that it was quiet but quite close together if you had neighbours.

Food and drink in bar/restaurant was excellent as were the staff. Bed really comfortable. Outdoor pool great. Gym excellent.

Not enough sunbeds round pool. All occupied as Brown's got fuller. Sunbeds also old and not comfy. Sunbed outside villa 308 ripped and weak from age and wear. Kettle kept cutting off electric; maintenance man fixed it. No wi fi on my last day, Sunday 4th August. No corkscrew in the villas. Damp on walls in villa near window in bedroom.

Accommodation is really nice - simple but has everything you could want and is kept clean. Amazing sports facilities that kept us entertained which was included. The Location was great for us but would recommend hiring a car (we did) so that you can explore the area.

Sauna and Inside Pool Is fantastic in this place, very hot and may Throw water on the hot stones, calme. Personel is friendly. Flats are cosy and spacious. Terasse is well isolated from wind and You have your privicy. I met only cool friendly people.

There is no complains from me.

I had been asked to change my accommodation the week before to a location accross the road and I was assured it was very nice so I agreed. . However when I saw it I was not happy to stay there as it was dark and dull . It was more like a building site. I relayed this to the staff in Browns and I was very impressed with how they accommodated me and managed to allow me stay in the original accommodation I had booked. The manager was especially helpful and understanding and I appreciated it very much. . I love the the friendliness of all the staff and the fitness classes are brilliant. This is my 4th time here. A perfect place to go on your own. Love it!

I liked it all - this is why I keep going back! Maybe the bar menu could be a little more varied .

It was quiet, felt safe and accommodation was perfect. Amazing staff. Good breakfast.

Other people putting towels on chairs when not there and unaccompanied children in indoor pool mainly. Could do with a few more vegetarian options on food menu & / or vegetables in general. But food was good value and tasty.
