I loved the pool! I had a beautiful view from my room overlooking the nearby gardens and mountains. The train does run behind the hotel but this was not an issue for me. The breakfast was good. The hotel is in a good spot but there aren't any immediate shops close by. You can access everything from there though and I used Uber / Bolt. I highly recommend the Saturday market in Loule. As a solo female traveller I felt comfortable at the hotel, spending my time by the beautiful pool. The staff were all very kind.

Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be nice

Hotel is a bit of a hidden gem. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options. Pool area is great... Yes the rail track runs behind the pool area but the trains are infrequent and not disruptive. The hotel is on the outside of vilamoura and an Uber is required to get into town and marina. However we are familiar with Vilamoura so understood the location before booking so this wasn't an issue for us. Uber is not expensive.

Hotel is stylish, a lot of vintage stuff. Marvelous pool. Tasty breakfast till 10.30. Staff speaks English very well. Room is cozy and quiet. So, good choice is you have a car or a lift. Anyway, taxi is very cheap there

Located on a highway, far from the shore, so you need some time to get to nature or civilization (supermarket is 30 min walking distance). But I guess you won't choose this hotel without a car

The atmosphere and ambience were lovely. The hotel has some lovely features. The lobby and breakfast room features were quirky and great to look at. The breakfast was nice and had a lot of options to choose from. The bedroom was lovely and was exactly as it’s shown on the pictures.

The bed was a bit hard but that’s only because I like soft beds so no reflection on the hotel.

Location is a bit out of the way, good if you have a car. But difficult to get Uber/bolt. Breakfast was unsatisfactory for me, the eggs, toast and bacon are poor quality. There's food fruit and fresh baked goods. The cereal is poor quality. I'd prefer less variety and higher quality, at least edible muesli

It was a top class hotel because all our requests were met.The staff at all times were courteous and very oblidging.The buffet breakfast was excellent.The bedroom was presented to the highest standards.My wife and I stayed in many top class hotels all over the world and this hotel excelled beyond our expectations.

Nothing

Everything we wanted. Room was fine other than lacking in drawer space. Had a kettle but no tea, coffee, milk etc. Huge balcony with table,chairs and sunbeds. Fabulous pool with enough sunbeds for all and the breakfast for such a small hotel had everything you could wish for.

Hotel only a €8 ride away from vilamoura. Location excellent on main road between faro and alburfura.Outstanding pool facilities and lovely breakfast. Staff very welcoming. Have been several times.

Nothing but good things to say about this hotel

Staff excellent, arrived very late as plane was delayed, turned up at hotel at around midnight, asked if I could find a bite to eat, receptionist said 24 hour restaurant just 200meters away, however she said if you like for just a sandwich and beer I can fix, so toasted sandwich and ice cold beer proceeded, way beyond expectations, room was very large, breakfast excellent again above expectations, all staff excellent. I used the hotel as travelling through.

A bit of noise, however if you book you can see location on map, therefore if you don’t expect noise then your an idiot, so don’t complain !

Greater than average room with exceptional balcony. Family friendly and lovely swimming pool. Lovely and helpful staff.

The music at the breakfast restaurant is awful. That definitively does not fit with the hotel environment. Will make you want to get out of there as faster as you can spit the food be excellent.
