Location was right next to what I can describe as the Times Square of Argentina. We were surrounded by shows and events and right next to one of the main roads that runs through the city. There were lots of nice parks by Theatre Colon and shops to get snacks and drinks.

The area was too touristy and was too far to walk from all the best places to visit in Buenos Aires. A lot of the restaurants we had been recommend were in Palermo. The hotel gym was very not somewhere where you could train with only a very small handful of space and equipment and the sauna was broken during our visit.

LOCATION is amazing. The best part of beunos aires. It's so central. Everything is near the hotel and it's easy to get an ubber. The Tango show is also walking distance so we booked a show ourselves and walked there. The bus stand is nearby and the metro is a 2 minute walk. The rooms are clean and the staff speak good English in a country where most people don't. We didn't have breakfast but there are resturants all around the hotel. The street is busy but we liked this as we wanted to be in the heart of the city. Most ubber rides were also cheap for us so it was a win. We even extended our stay at the hotel.

The suite only had a bathtub which made it difficult to shower however you can get another room which isn't a suite with a huge shower so you can choose. This is not a deal breaker though. We just adjusted.

Broadway Hotel & Suites has an excellent location near the 9 de Julio Avenue by the obelisk: the centre of Buenos Aires. The rooms are spacious, literally some are like studios, which is great. It is not a place that I see as a romantic place but the staff are courteous and helpful. The facilities include a gym and a rooftop pool which are plesant. Teatro Colon is a block away and Plaza de Mayo is a few minutes walk away. Literally, you can walk to San Telmo and Boca in a little over an hour. The 24hr security at the entrance is excellent. The entrance is understated, hence less of a target, which has safety benefits. Definitely would recommend to anyone travelling to Buenos Aires.

The location is amazing. It's literally right around the corner of the obelisk and thus also a huge bus station plus a subway station, so you only need to walk 3 minutes to be connected to everywhere else in the city. The hotel has a nostalgic flair with black/white pictures on the walls with the theme of hollywood.

Unfortunately, this hotel had poorly made windows which didn't block out noise very well. As it is super downtown, the road is super loud, also at night. Without earplugs it's tough to sleep. Also, the water pressure of the shower could be higher. But it was nice and warm.

The suite was spacious e pleasantly decorated in a classic building!! The hotel is in the busier part of town and not as tranquil as neighborhoods such as Rosaleta BUT it was very central and walking distance to most sites!!!

I appreciated having plates, glasses and cups in the kitchenette but the lack of forks and knifes made it difficult to eat leftover dinners the next day! We also MISSED having complimentary coffee as it is often offered in hotels especially since there was a coffee machine! The breakfast on Christmas Day was very bad!

Initially they offered us the room looks like the jail cell, definitely not like on pictures. Once questioned they stated that actual rooms (I booked) will be available next day only, so was pretty disappointed, but after insisting and a bit of wait, they offered pretty good room and also added free breakfast which I didn't initially book. Therefore, eventually the whole experience was not too bad. The hotel itself positioned very well on local Broadway with many theatres around. Good location. Good breakfasts. Staff was really good and friendly too. In general good place in city centre for couple of nights.

Building is old, lifts are very slow.

-Perfect location. Everything you need within walking distance. Grocery store right across the street, restaurants and coffee shops all around, not to mention Obelisk is literally down the road. -Excellent staff. Shout out to Fernando, who went out of his way to help us book a Tango show with a front row table right by the stage. -Very spacious room.

-Slightly tired looking room. Still comfortable, but could use a refresh. It's also very large with a lot of empty space. -Closets are very far from the bed by the entrance.

A very central location which is what I wanted .. Great to have a supermarket across the street to pick up essentials on arrival. I booked a suite which was spacious, comfortable and clean. Good shower and the air on worked well. Despite being so central there wasn’t too much street noise. Nice to have a separate sitting area and a fridge. I didn’t book the breakfast so can’t comment on that but all the reception staff I spoke to had good English and were very helpful. I would book again.

I booked a suite which came with a very small kitchen area with a fridge, sink, microwave and kettle. First thing I did on arrival was go to the supermarket to buy a few breakfast things like yogurts and fruit …. The hotel provide 2 cups and 2 plates but not a single item of cutely … no knives, forks or spoons which I found very odd and difficult to make use of having a kitchen.

The location was great close to EL Obilisko and lots of theaters and restaurants as well as the Bellas Artes art gallery.

Presenting the room as equipped with a kitchenette is a major overstatement. I accept the lack of a cook top, but I can't remember the last hotel room that I've booked that didn't have any facility for making a coffee. Also two cups with saucers, two plates and two glasses is pretty meager. Oh and it was necessary to request cutlery from the front desk, really!! Do they encounter a lot of knife and fork thieves? There was a fridge and a microwave but a toaster would have been wonderful. I assume this tactic is employed to drive business to their breakfast room.

I like how central is the location of the hotel. Very easy to get to main site like the Obelisk, Teatro Colon and and a short distance to plaza de mayo and other options for public transportation. Subway station nearby. Carefour (24 Hour) supermarket is right across the street. Plenty of food options (touristy and local options) within the same block.

Is the same as what I like, the location as it has the same vibe of New York's Time Square. Is busy and full of tourist foreigner and domestic as well locals doing the theater outings. Good place to people watch but beware of the vibe. It has its good and negatives
