Excellent location!! Friendly and helpful staffs! The old town is just across the road! How nice! Almost all of the historical places can be reached on foot! Nice restaurants nearby as well! As for the parking, street parking just right next to the hotel but of course it charges per minute and expensive. A parking garage is nearby costs €15 for 24 hours, only a few minutes walk back to hotel. Another cheaper option is to park the car at the train station (Parking garage at Chantrellstraat), costs €6.1 for 24 hours, which is also safe. But about 15 to 18 mins walking distance to the hotel.

The room is a bit shabby, not I expected. Other than that it's all fine.

The breakfast was very good. So much choice and kept well refreshed. The location was great. Close enough to the centre of Bruges, but not in the main hustle and bustle. The rooms were large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and when we did have a problem with the first room we were assigned, they dealt with it well and quickly.

Unfortunately our first rooms heating was not functioning correctly and the hotel was aware of this as they had already provided a small radiator for the room. After our 1st night we complained as it had been cold during the night. They moved us to another room (free upgrade) but the whole move could have been avoided if they hadn't put us in a room that wasn't fully functional in the first place.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet. This is an older , historic hotel, but extremely comfortable. Staff member Laura helped us with our Bookings extended extra day ( we were at the end of a tour package ) so we didn’t have to switch rooms for one night which made a huge difference. Many thanks

The property is a beautiful old convent/ abbey that has been well maintained. We had a king size bed , large bath . Short walks to the square and other areas… Bruges is very walkable. Big breakfast buffet, plenty of seating , excellent food and service, nice cozy bar.

The hotel is just on the outskirts of the center. Easy walking distance from all of Bruges main sights. Many restaurants and shops very close by. There is a public bus hub across the street as well an underground public parking lot. Everyone in the staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel has a lot of common areas for sitting/lounging. Room was easy to find withing the hotel and faced a side street. It was very quiet without traffic noise despite being on a main road. The quadruple rooms had big comfy beds and nice pillows. Our room had a mini fridge, coffee maker and electric kettle. We did not eat at the restaurant but it look very nice. They are pet friendly and that is one of the reasons we choose to stay here. Overall a very nice stay and would stay here again.

We did not eat the breakfast at the hotel because we thought it was a bit expensive. The AC was not as efficient as we liked. We had it set to 18 and it was still pretty warm in the room. That said, it was still comfortable.

Room was great, really spacious with 2 twin 4ft beds which were very comfy. Good size bathroom with bath & shower. Bathroom amenities were also good. Full length mirror closet, really good storage. Although the carpet & decor are a little dated I could not fault the room.

Didn't know about the renovation work in the reception area. The bar needs a little work to make it more inviting (a bit of a mish mash of design ideas). Went to get a glass of complimentary water in the lobby area but on 2 occasions it was empty. These issues did not hinder our stay though.

Great big spacious room in a great location. Very easy to get by car.

The first night I arrived late and went straight to bed. When I woke up I realised there was mould by the window and all over the bathroom, plus the water from the shower poured out from every crack when using it. However, I told reception, they apologised and gave me another room, which was absolutely fine, so I had no issue. Maybe they should think about not put people in the rooms with mould until this is sorted, though.

Hotel staff were exceptional - Chantel was lovely, she has great customer skills and it was a pleasure to be served by her! The hotel is nice and in a great location. The room was a very nice size, the shower was lovely and the bed was comfortable. We requested extra pillows and the hotel accommodated our request :)

The only downside was the carpet in our room - you can see many stains and it's very old... the carpets need replacing really

Close to major tourist area. Close to train station. Air conditioned. Good location for coming and going during the day. Liked that it had a fridge. Good pillow choices Liked large size personal care products instead of small individual items. More thoughtful for environment.

Easily hear noise from outdoors. Coffee should be served until noon in the reception area. Difficult to adjust room temperature.

Location was super convenient everything was in walkable distance from the hotel

Cleanliness since i was there for 3 nights and i thought the room was not properly cleaned. On the first day the staff wasnt aware how to change the AC temperature from Warm to Cold which is surprising

Great location just outside centre but easy walk to all the sights and only 10 minutes walk to train station. Lovely spacious room and huge comfortable bed. All the staff (except one) were extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast with fantastic choice. Scrambled eggs particularly tasty. Nice bar although sadly not open every night. Would definitely stay again.

Cold! The hotel didn't appear to have any heating and no extra blankets were provided in room. Would have given staff top marks but was spoilt by one woman on breakfast duty literally shouting at me at length for putting water in a small bottle instead of a glass. Really rude and unnecessary.
