It's very clean and close to all amenities at downtown. The foods at Thompson Restaurant were also amazing; esp the servers were very polite and accomodating. It was a super smooth and fast check in and check out too. I noticed that most of the front desk and hospitality staff are Filipinos---OMG! They are very polite, respectful and accomodating! There were also other asian and caucasion staff---my Goodness! They were all amazing! I love the diversity in this company! My family had a great stay for a week! Will be now a Hyatt loyal customer! Kudos to the whole team!

Great suite. We had 2 suites on 20th floor. My father is 90 and he had a great last trip on memory lane - as he is saying.

Clean, very comfortable, great location, amazing view of downtown and river. Andrea took amazing care of our room and she was such a sweet lady to give us hugs every morning and smiling all the time. Hard working lady and very much appreciative of her guest. Thank you Andrea and Thank you Carlo at front reception. Outstanding work. Very friendly staff, the Restaurant was amazing..

Amazing location. It’s within walking distance of Calagary Tower, great restaurants, pubs and even the train station so its very easy to go around. The rooms on the higher floor have amazing view of the city. Check in and check out is a breeze and REJ in the front desk is very helpful and friendly.

Everything is exceptional except that the pool seems unclean as the water is not clear and just doesnt look like the any normal pool water would.

Large room, nicely furnished, lots of plugins, very good lighting. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Everything was very clean. Good bed linens and bath linens. Room was very quiet. Everything we had planned for the weekend was within walking distance so we parked the car in the underground parkade on Fri. evening when we arrived and never went near it again until we checked out on Sun. morning.

Cost was about $50-$75 per night more than I like to pay for a hotel room but that seems to be par for the course since Covid, no matter where you go and this hotel is right downtown and a very good central location.

Room is more spacious than I thought and they can arrange connecting room for us which is a surprise for us. Furniture are very clean. I have a habit to clean desk, table with alcohol before taking out my belongings. The tissue is so white and clean that even after cleaning. Many sockets for adapter. I love the gym room. Concierge worked extra miles to reserve table for us despite the restaurant keep asking for credit card number but concierge turned them down😊

Fab location, excellent service from concierge & front desk. Room service good and of a good standard.

The spa was closed for the weekend - no good to us as we were there during this time. Swimming pool & steam / Jacuzzi though good facilities weren't manned so many kids were throwing paper cups everywhere. Also steam room was continuously kept open by children so stayed cold.

Customer service was excellent! We made a memo when booking saying we were celebrating our 4 year anniversary & Candece at the front desk went above and beyond. She checked us in early, upgraded our room, & had a yummy treat waiting in our room when we returned. Fantastic anniversary & Valentine’s Day, we will definitely be back to enjoy another stay based off how wonderful she made us feel.

Wish there was a second set of slippers in our room!

From the start the staff were so friendly and helpful, including helping us figure out how early we needed to leave in the morning to avoid traffic caused by the marathon. The facilities were great and the room was extremely comfortable. The location was fantastic too, it was close to bars and restaurants so we were spoilt for choice. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

Breakfast - we were expecting to have a Hyatt quality-level buffet. Instead, we were given a voucher to use in the cafe that is in the same building. Turned out, we should have ordered a "club room" to get the expected breakfast. The drawback was not critical. But I would appreciate it if the booking was clearer about this.

We were there for the Stampede & the hotel was close to the train & all the festivities. We had access to the club lounge & the breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again when in Calgary.

Our first night we had a room by the elevator & the sound kept me awake. We asked to change rooms & they were very accommodating.
