The hotel is very clean, with a good location and friendly staff, and is a great value for the money. Breakfast is plentiful, and Renata is a wonderful, caring, and attentive server. The only negative is the firmness of the mattress, and the single beds are very narrow, which is a bit of a discomfort rather than comfort. I was hoping for a single larger bed as I was traveling solo. Despite that, I would return if I am in Olomouc again in the future.

We didn't realize that there was a floral show happening upon our arrival into Olomouc. So in some ways we were grateful to even find a place as there were only three options left to us. Typical cookie cutter new hotel. Nothing special and very generic. There was a kettle, coffee and tea. One bottle of water. Location was okay, about a 15 minute walk into Olomouc town centre. On a positive note the front end staff were very pleasant. He even smiled when he charged me €4.50 for two espressos. Breakfast was actually excellent. Glad something was.

There was nowhere to safely store our bikes. We ended up putting them in our room which was a challenge. The room was super stuffy with the aircon on as low as it would go and the fan as high as it would go. With the window open there was quite a bit of street noise. Tram directly in front of the hotel. Okay so the pricing. It was ridiculous! €190 a night. €80 would have been acceptable even €100 for what they offer. Really get annoyed with dynamic pricing. Had no choice so sucked it up.

A very good breakfast. The chef also made the various cakes him or herself. The hotel has a motto "where the basics are done brilliantly" and I completely agree with that. Plenty of parking at the hotel and a supermarket across the street. The hotel has a lobby with an ATM machine and a machine for soft drinks and refreshments. You can also order wine, beer or something else at the reception. The location was perfect. A 10-minute walk from the hospital and the historic beautiful center of Olomouce, with many restaurants. Leave your car in the hotel parking lot, because you can easily walk into the center via the beautiful Flora Park.

Very good, especially for the price. Has paid parking. The breakfast is nice and varied. It's quiet - there weren't any noisy neighbours in the hotel, no noise from the street either.

The beds are quite hard and quite short - both me at 193 cm tall, and my wife at 180 complained about this - if you're shorter and/or you like a hard mattress - it'll be fine.

The location of this facility and underground parking were the biggest advantages. Additionally we could leave our car in a parking lot for a few hours just after our checking out.

If you want to stay at room for example an hour longer you have to pay extra for it. I don't know if it is norm in Czechia but during my trips I faced situation like that the very first time.

Friendly staff, close location to town center, clean and comfortable room. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel.

Like any other European indoor parking structure, the entrance is very narrow and hard to navigate if you have a big car. Fortunately, there is a parking lot outside and although it was extremely hot, it is a nice alternative.

Stayed here in our interrail trip because we couldn't find any hostel available or similar. It was a good surprise, not pricey (we were trying to spend the less we could, so it fitted well), and the comfort of the room was totally worth it. Also, it was near the center, near enough to only travel by foot. The language difference was not a problem, everybody knew the minimum of English, at least. If one day we decide to visit Olomouc again we will probably stay here again.

We felt that the breakfast was nothing special... Probably it was due to culture differences (as a Portuguese couple). Despite that, we didn't leave the hotel hungry ;)

Good breakfast, good location, the parking is near.

I was here 5 nights and my room wasn't clean. I told to cleaner about the clean (with translator, cause lady doesn't understand English) and hung up the paper about clean. But nothing happened. Next day I ask to change the towels (not all so bad, but lady gave me just little towels). So better to ask administration about cleaning. Little beds.

Breakfast was really good, the room was not spacious but was clean and comfy. We had an option to make a tea or coffee and were given as well Mattoni for free. Whole place is trying to save some energy, so there was tips everywhere how to save the environment. Elevators were working and there is Penny nearby.

I cannot find anything, that would be bad. :)

Great Staff, nice breakfast ( till 10am which is fine). Chair in the lift-good idea! Nice location, very clean. I would stay again.

Narrow beds:( and in the middle od summer thick covers -really really hot. and you have to pay for the parking (small amount, but it is)
