Stylish, clean, and airy, the property is excellent in every way. The staff were attentive, especially the fellows who helped us with our luggage and the lad named Rodrigo at the front desk. The maid service was exceptional—the room was spotless. Our roomed faced busy Vitacura Ave. but we couldn’t hear a thing. The location is quite good, with access to shopping and many restaurants on Isadora Goyenechea. I can’t vouch for the breakfast because US$20 per person per day didn’t seem worthwhile, especially with multiple coffee shops in the immediate vicinity. I’ll certainly return to this property.

Our television started having some issues but the front desk saw to it that it was fixed in no time at all. Very responsive!

The bar stops serving food after 9pm (!) When it says that the bar is open until 11pm. This should be said when mentioning the bar times. That was not good news since I wanted to eat something light before going to the airport. The restaurant menu was not a good choice.

Hotel is located 200 mts from a big mall in Santiago which was great to spend some time of our day. Great location and views to the snowed Andes. Staff was super nice. They gave us late check out.

When I made our reservation in March i initially made them for my wife and I. Our daughter, later decided to join us. I irequested 2 double beds rather than a King. A $15 extra charge would be added. When she arrived, ONLY 2 per room was the strict policy. AND the hotel was fully booked. I spoke with the manager and a room opened up at a one night price of $515! I told him I'd look elsewhere for a more reasonable rate. A lower room rate of $219 came available including breakfast. Accepted the offer.

excellent staff; they very personable and exceptionally helpful in every way. The location in Vitacura was ideal. Their restaurant was also quite good and reasonably priced. As a Hilton Honors member, I was given a room upgrade.

I had breakfast plan, after few days without issues, they put a check on table. After informing that I had a plan included, another person came to again ask, and had to recheck again which was a bit awkward. Also they never apologized for this, so this definitely could be handled more appropriate.
