Great location with easy connection to both the airport and city center via Uber or Taxi, plus the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Besides the security also seems to be very solid, which makes guests feel quite safe.

Could have been more clean, other people's hair could be spotted here and there. Also perhaps due to some renovation the smell of pain was really aggressive in the staircase and corridor

Great loaction just off Parque 93, Lots of restaurants and bars around. Very big room with a seperate sitting area with a couch and two seats. Big bed as well. Very good breakfast with lots of choices

Bathroom is quite small, especially compared to the room, the matrass was very firm. The only other downside was that it got quite cold at night, and like most Bogota properties, there is no heating in the room.

Location is excellent with a bunch of restaurants nearby. The neighborhood seemed pretty safe too well lit with lots of people around.

Gym was very basic. Housekeeping also was spotty, they cleaned well but didn't enter the room to do so even if I was out for hours.

The hôtel is very nice and modern, the rooms are VERY big and confortable. The breakfast buffet was the most complete, creative, DELICIOUS that we have ever seen (and we travel a lot!), with a great variety of fruits, of bread, of everything!! The presentation of the buffet was beautiful! I highly recommend this hotel.

We liked everything! The breakfast buffet, the people were so kind and helpful in the NH Hotel and also everywhere we went. Our stayed was just wonderful. We will choose this hotel and location EVERYTIME OUT! Thanks booking for an awesome trip and stay!

The hotel is located about 30 mins drive north of the city centre in a very nice part of Bogotá. Our room was very spacious and the staff were very friendly.

We felt a bit cold at night. Would welcome an extra duvet.

Okay folks in shower you need to have pedestal for soap and shampoo . You have nothing have to place these items so was on floor of shower. Also please please improve on WiFi Strength. Also the stair in the new tower where i stayed was embarrassing. Either put carpet on them or re stain the stairs
