We stayed at the Pullman Hotel in Sharjah for a business trip and had an overall positive experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast, while tasty, could benefit from more variety, but the "seafood night" was absolutely delicious and excellent value for money. The location was decent but could have been more convenient if closer to a metro station. The main drawback was the cleanliness of the rooms—there were noticeable dirt spots in some areas, which was disappointing and the reason for a 9/10 rating. Despite this, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would consider returning.

Assalamualykum.. I extended my stay in the same hotel from one night to five nights. Awesome location. Economical rates. Easy access to many of the tourist areas around town including Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future etc…..All the daily needed shops, restaurants, cafe, fuel station are just around the hotel.Highly recommended. Experienced staff specially Shahin bhai throughout the stay guided us very well in tourism places and always helpful in answering questions related to our visit .Bundle of thanks May Allah Bless You. Me and my sister stayed at Pullman hotel for 8 days, this hotel exceeded our expectation. Coming to the hotel we did not know what to expect other than what was seen online however, it was 10x better. The reception staff were very respectful and professional, they even checked us in a few hours earlier as we arrived early in the morning which was a bonus. The hotel room was clean and very spacious. The lagoon view was the icing on the cake that we needed. I came for a business trip and everytime I returned to the hotel with lots of shopping the concierge were at the front door hands on and ready to help with my bags which was very nice. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and will deffo be coming back again!!!! Thank you to all the Pullman staff

House keeping chamath is just the best After two days he understands my sleep schedule and and knows when to come for the cleaning always with a big smile and fast and perfect work he made me feel at home away from home and he is the reason i kept extending in the same hotel for 3 weeks this guy deserves to be employee of the year

Literally nothing maybe more staff for the valet at night time sometimes i had to wait or call reception to find someone at the valet

He even surprised us with a complimentary upgrade from a Deluxe King Room to a luxurious suite, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The suite was stunning, and the staff were attentive and courteous throughout our stay. Highly recommend Pullman Hotel for an exceptional experience—can’t wait to return!

The only thing that could be improved is the quality of the coffee beans. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful—looking forward to our next visit in the next upcoming in two weeks.

Good location, considering my morning drive to and from Dubai airport. Went against traffic, 12min both ways. The hotel is very spacious and loaded with mindful art statues and paintings. Good taste and perfectly clean. We got an upgrade to sweet room, which was enormous and smelled fresh. I liked the tea options, good drinking water, comfortable beds and enormous sofa-bed. 24h mini market is few steps from hotel. Did not have time to explore more.

There was no hair drier in the room. No small cups for espresso machine. Coffee not so great..

Hotel of very high standards , facilities are excellent including security measures , rooms are large and cofortable including the bathroom and shower Regarding value for money definitely worth it

Breakfast is decenet although does not match Dubai standards Location is tricky for easy access during busy traffic times Few things the hotel should pay attention to In the bathroom there are no allocated hooks for colthes , simple but important I asked to print few needed documents and was asked to email it to hotel staff (not professional, and not expected in 5 star hotel that should support bussiness travelers not appealing if you have official work ), a suitable printer besides the allocated computer couldve solved the problem or even if kept at storage

We were greeted by very hospitable staff. They were very lovely and even walked us to the elevator. The room was spacious and the bath was very well designed. We requested for the sofa bed to be made, and got the service super fast. The hotel premises was clean and fresh. I tried the spa too, it was nice and I plan to return on my next trip. The kids enjoyed the stay as much as us, although the pool looked fun, we didn't use it this trip. As we were in the summer, we waited until the evening to take a short walk down to the Al Khan beach front. It was a restful retreat and we look forward to return again. Thank you to the staff for making it a lovely retreat for our family.

I just wanted to share how much I appreciate the service here. The suite room is spacious and comfortable, the gym is well-equipped, and the swimming pool—with its 1.20m depth—feels very safe and enjoyable. The food is also excellent, and the overall environment is warm and welcoming. I’d especially like to mention Kashif at the reception—he’s a kind and professional person who made my stay even more pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience!

Great view of the lagoon. Room was spacious and facilities were of high quality. All very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Corniche was accessible by foot but involves navigating across the road and over a large unmade car-park! Overall, it's a very decent hotel at a competitive price.

Food quality was variable at breakfast and at the buffet dinner although the cost reflects this. Complimentary wake-up call at 4:20 am was somewhat of a shock especially as not requested!
