The receptionist was so helpful, and although there wasn't anyone on site all the time, she shared a business WhatsApp so I could contact someone. When we had some issues with the first apartment we were allocated, she went out of her way to move us and make sure everything was OK. The location was superb - right at the top of Las Ramblas. It's also right next to Placa Catalunya, which has great public transport connections - we got the metro from there to Camp Nou and Montjuic. We also got the airport bus from there - less than 5 minutes away. Apartments have blackout blinds, which is great with kids!

The first apartment we were allocated had a lot of issues, so we were moved on the second night to the apartment next door. The second apartment was excellent, so perhaps there are some that are better than others. Worth noting that not all of the apartments have a door to the bedroom, just a curtain.

The location was excellent, situated between La Rambla and Passeig de Gracia. It was within walking distance of many of the main attractions. We were two people staying in an apartment for 4 people, hence we had plenty of room. A bonus was we were able to Air-play our Netflix and Prime Video accounts on the TV via Wifi! The kitchen had everything we needed, even a washer/dryer unit. The beds were comfortable with quality linens. We checked in on the weekend when the reception/office was closed; we were provided with instructions and a door code which worked perfectly. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly - thank you in particular to Leidy who was a mine of information! We will definitely return, we loved it!

Very close to La Rambla and metro/ train station right outside the apartment building. - Staff was very helpful and courteous. - Locker room was provided free of cost once we checked out. - Spacious lounge - Grocery store was right next to the apartment building. - Electric kettle had a leek and upon complaint, they immediately replaced it. - We would like to stay again whenever we visit Barcelona.

They had instructed us to throw out the garbage upon checkout which was a bit strange. Despite our staying at various apartment hotels before, this was the first of its kind; though it wasn't much of a hassle as the city garbage drums were right outside the building.

The door opened with a code so the check in was very easy. The location was awesome. The apartment is equipped with a big fridge, micro wave, cooker, a boiler for water and a dolce gusto coffee machine. Capsules were provided too. The location is very central and you have all kind of shops , bars and restaurants. The double sound isolation was great and we could not hear anything from the street. Everyday the apt was cleaned by room maids. The bathroom was spacious and the air was well recycled. The shower was an italian shower and very comfortable. All in all it was a great experience even if it was a bit pricy. There are many parking around but the cost between 17 and 30 euros for 24 hours. The red tourist buses start their itinerary very close to the apt. The plaza Cataluyna is 5 walking minutes away.

Price is quite high.

Do not use the stairs! Rather hard to find the correct apartment, but the elevator takes you to right place:)

Room was spacious and staff were very accommodating.

We had trouble with the door code at first but it was quickly sorted and was fine the rest of the time.

Happy to have space to spread out. All windows had external electric operated shutters good for keeping out the lights and noise from the street at night. There was a starter pack for the sink/dishwasher - could do with a starter pack of coffee/tea/sugar. On site office staff were very helpful and fixed the problem with the safe straight away and also got me the correct pods for the coffee machine. Thank you.

The sliding door to the ensuite was very close to the bed and when you turn on the light the fan comes on as well with no way to turn it off. A small night light near the toilet would have been handy for night time.

The apartment that we got was excellent ! I think for a couple it was perfect. Location was good , very close to coffee shops restaurants and shopping areas .

There was a confusion in our room on day one we got a room that we had not selected . But the room was changed day 2 onwards as on day 1 the property had 100 % occupancy . There is a 200 euro refundable security deposit and a per day tax that's needs to be paid to the property which is not not mentioned on booking.com ( this has got nothing to do with the property ) . This may be mentioned on booking.com but it's definitely hidden somewhere as we did not see it .

Clean, enough space and blankets/towels/utilities for the kitchen and cleaning. All in good shape and professionally handled.

The parking was a bit further away, to far to walk with small kids + luggage, so my husband dropped us off and picked us up, even though stopping next to the building was a bit challenging as there was not really a parking opportunity. Wifi was a bit weak, although modem was in the room

I checked in online and received codes to access the property. This worked brilliantly and the accommodation is in a great location, two metro stations are within a couple of minutes walking distance as well. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for our break. There is a lift if you don’t want to climb the stairs.
