very welcoming staff, underground carpark was excellent, comfy bed and good breakfast. close to some nice places to eat, and nice area to walk. they even have laundry area in the basement which if needed would have been a bonus.

could not find any anything i didn't like, it met all our needs and would happily stay again.

Easy to find. Secure parking 5€, underneath the hotel. Clean, functional, comfortable soundproofed room. Comfy bed and hot shower. Next door to Mercadona supermarket, and cafés/ food options within 2 minutes walk. Nice residential area on the edge of the city.

Bit dark in the bathroom. Pillows were inadequate. Entrance to the carpark is just before the hotel entrance, the sign to the carpark was very small, and easy to miss, which I did on my first attempt, so had to drive a loop around the hotel and give it a second go. Would have been great to have coffee facilities in the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially to woman checking us in. The Pizza for lunch was good and the ice cream was the best. The Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the juice, breads, cheese, and sliced meat. It would have been nice to have some eggs, sausages, and fruit as well. I had a kiwi which was over-ripe and my husband had a banana. It was sufficient, but not spectacular.

The parking spaces were confusing and not any signs on which stall to park in or directions from the parking garage up to the hotel. It would have been scary if it was not in the middle of the day.

Perfect for a night to sleep during a road trip, wifi worked fine for a bit of work (emails, one to one internal meetings), room is clean, black out curtains were much appreciated, very simple (no fridge, coffee or hand towels in the room) but we didn’t need anything more but to sleep. Cheap parking at €5 a night for secure underground parking, continental breakfast also cheap at €5.50 pp, it was very simple but it did the job. Staff were also polite and courteous.

Though half an hour walk from the edge of the centre of city, the location has the advantage of a large (though not free) parking underneath the building, and big supermarkets nearby. We liked the view of the surroundings and for us it was very nice to drive out of the city easily after leaving. Washing machine in the basement for us was a great asset. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Though comfortable and clean, the room was a quite small. We had not expected to need to pay for the parking, as we found the accommodation after checking the option 'parking' while searching; you wouldn't expect them then to direct you to a paid parking lot.

Good shower and bed, helpful staff, great breakfast, underground parking out of sun for unloading.

Poor bathroom extract, lack of hanging rails for wet towels. Parking was not secure - barrier was not always down and even when it was pedestrian/motorcycle could ride round. Charged for secure parking for motorcycle.

Excellent location for one night stop during a road trip. Very clean, everything worked well and it was quiet and comfortable, can’t ask for more for that price. Plenty of free parking alound too and a McDonald’s right next to it for emergency food if needed.

The breakfast was very simple. Sliced cheese/Ham with a basic selection of cereals/breads. No hot dishes and one coffee machine for all guests.

No one will tell you but be careful from the airport you only have the option to take a taxi which costs €29. The bathroom has a strong smell of sewage which is sometimes so persistent that you feel like vomiting. It is a budget hotel that beats some 2/3 star hotels. Over all it is good if you are only interested in a place to sleep.

Good hotel, an excellent choice for out trip to Murcia. We rented a car and Ibis was very easy to reach coming from Alicante airport. The parking is a big plus and is very cheap. Room ok, clean. Breakfast ok, no warm food but a big selection to choose, also some fruits. The location is about 3 km from Murcia cathedral, is a 40 minutes walk, we enjoy it. You find some pizzeria in the neighborhood. Also 2 big supermarkets, an Aldi and a Mercator near.

The place seems new, colourful and very nice after all. You also have a restaurant in a plaza nearby

The parking (unlike in other ibis budget) wasn't free. Fortunately we found a place just outside the hotel but it wasn't easy. Like other ibis, the location is a little bit outside the city center but ok.
