A very comfortable room. It was well lit with each side of the bed having its own light and on off switch. There was good light overall. Also they were good Outlets to plug in our electronics! The bed was comfortable the pills were fine. TV work great. Nice little table and chairs. The wall heater worked fantastically. Was a microwave and small refrigerator. Unfortunately there was no hot water! This did not bother us too much because we don't mind going without a shower for one night. We were not given a discount because of the no hot water however.

I liked the location and parking. I liked having direct access to my room from the parking lot, without having to go through the main lobby to get there. I was glad that the AC worked. I liked the Handicapped friendly room with a roll in shower access/

The pool was closed. There were no vedni9ng machines, There was no ice machine. The parking was in poor condition and the parking spaces were arranged in a perpendicular manner as apposed to a a diagonal in manner which makes more sense and would be easier to pull in to and back out of.

Great location, Clean room with good facilities and plenty of parking

we arrived late at night and parked outside our room along with the other residents only to find the next morning Tickets on ALL the cars from San Jose Council $409 fine for parking in a disabled spot !!. I obviously paid as in the light of day you could see the signs and also unlike the UK the US paint the Curb blue but suggest the Hotel please Warn their guests as this caught out Americans also ! That was our only complaint

I liked the bed and the daily maid service. Much appreciate a clean bed and fresh towels every evening

There was no ironing facility in the room. The bath cubicle could use a few more inches. Could invest in shampoo and body wash for extra comfort

I like the fact that they respected our space during our stay because we were only there due to being victims of a natural disaster.

Clean room Clean Linen. Quiet. Very nice staff. Close to food, and necessary services. Sodas downstairs. It was easy to book it and the front desk managed my check in well. I would stay again.

This was a wonderful stay the hotel was exceptional and the staff couldn't have been nicer I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

There was nothing about this place I would change. The staff at this facility is beyond wonderful !!!!!

The property is close to freeway and close to my daughter. And every time I’m in San Jose to visit I use this hotel rather thru booking or in cash. They treat me like family and they give you privacy, aswell as speedy assistance and housekeeping.

Right around the corner from the freeway and you're by 280-680 and 101 nearby downtown San Jose. Also next door to Chuck E cheese

I do not have nothing negative to say. I liked it all

Each side of the bed, had it’s own lights. I was able to check on my car because it was close to my room. I would recommend this establishment to everyone. Thank you.
