My first (and brief) visit to Denver. This is in a former industrial area being redeveloped with multiple new buildings. The immediate area doesn't have a cozy, pedestrian feel but what was great is it is a three minute walk to the train which takes five minutes to get to Union Station and a fairly hopping downtown. I also understand that this is an up and coming Arts area, but I didn't have time to explore. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The place has a new, somewhat modern vibe. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The price was very reasonable, so the five minute train ride downtown (where hotels are much more expensive) was well worth it. I would be happy to return in the future to explore the area in more depth. The bed lights were cool and unique. They literally fold into the bed board and turn on when you fold it down and you could adjust where to aim them.

The entire room lighting - except bathroom and bed light are controlled by a single switch at the door so you don't have the ability to adjust one area on/off or bright/dim. An irritant but pretty small complaint, overall!

Clean rooms and facilities. Loved having the Heady coffee shop downstairs, the McDevitt taco place upstairs, and a convenience store in the lobby for extra snacks and drinks. The gym is small but the equipment is high quality and in great condition. Great location.

They only clean every 3 days. That is completely ok with us (daily is overkill in my opinion) but they didn’t tell us this at check in. Confusing when we came back and had our room cleaned a couple days in a row and then suddenly not cleaned for 2 days when we actually needed it & had our cleaning sign out. Which prompted us asking their cleaning schedule. So it’s mismanaged and there’s a definite lack of communication. Reception is not reliable to pick up the phone if you call.

It’s a really cute spot. There are two peloton bikes in the gym which is awesome. Parking is on the street and there’s always room for parking. It’s close to everything, so you can walk or have a car.

The walk from parking to the hotel is pretty gross. There’s lots of dog poop around so make sure to look before stepping. This doesn’t even have anything to do with the property, but it was so unpleasant that it was worth mentioning.

I felt the hotel was very inviting. The staff were really great and accommodating. I like the fact that you had a microwave so that I could make some tea. Everybody that I talk to within the hotel was really great. Keep doing what you’re doing. I definitely will be back if I have the opportunity to come to Denver.

The only thing we did not like is a fact that there is no free parking as it states online when you book a reservation. Granite, we were able to make it work and was able to park around the hotel. The only other comment that I might add even though we only need a king bed I did think a one bedroom with a king bed seemed a little small that’s all. I’ve been in bigger rooms that had a king bed than the one we stayed in, that’s all overall quite pleased.

Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and on top of any issues. From the front desk, to maintenance, to housekeeping, top notch! Place was very clean. Didn’t eat there, but liked the rooftop atmosphere. I liked the events like trivia and yoga. If I was available, I DEFINITELY would have done it. I actually felt reassured by the key card entry in the elevators. Great fitness center! Glad there was a water refill station there as well.

Not crazy about the immediate location. Still needed the use the car to get to places. Parking was a pain in the area if you didn’t want to pay for the far away parking garage. Coffee was good, but wish it was available 24/7 like we’re used to.

The parking is a multi story car park one block away there is a charge for this which is for the day go in and out whenever you want but I didn't mind as you park your own car and I didn't want to park on the street. Great hotel quite new. Very nice staff and easy check in. Very nice room fully equipped, You can pay for breakfast I didn't as there's always Taco Bell, right. The walk to downtown is quite long maybe 30 minutes, not sure if there are buses as I always used the rental scooters (beware pot holes) or bikes that are usually parked outside.

Total surprise by everything. Every staff person was very very nice. Location great and room super cute and comfortable. Game changer for me was being able to cast to the TV. Rooftop bar was excellent. You can't beat a noon checkout either. Most definitely will look to book here again just because of the staff and location.

View was ok but not horrible. Wasn't in the room other than for sleeping so it didn't matter. If I wanted a view, there's the rooftop bar. Would have been nice to have the lobby cafe open a little longer.

The room was great and spacious. The hotel itself had a rooftop bar, coffee bar and a little marketplace, allowing for quick access to food and drinks if needed. The location was central and out of the downtown area which i appreciated. We were able to find street parking on every night but one, on that night we used the garage about a block away. The front staff was helpful and available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

I was under the impression that the parking garage was onsite, it's about a block away. Not too far and there was street parking most nights. However it should be noted that the parking garage is not onsite.

Great location, well decorated rooms and bathroom - friendly staff and nicely decorated lobby. Parking is available on the street for free (garage $15/day). Rooftop Taco Restaurant with a nice city and Rocky Mountains view and amazing staff. Overall a lovely small new hotel in RINO - no frills for the right price. Best Western new concept at its best! Well done!!!

Property is in RiNo district which has a couple of places within walking distance, but is also just a short drive from most of the places we wanted to be. Hotel has a trendy, industrial-business look and feel to it. The restaurant on the roof was great for grabbing quick bites to eat and the staff was pleasant.

On site parking is non existent for this hotel. There's a garage about a block and a half away that the staff recommended *not* parking at. Parking is available on the street but it's limited. Multiple times we'd have to circle the area for 20-25 min in hopes of something opening up.
