The hotel is good, but asks for a room further away, it will be quieter there, because there are cafes everywhere below and it is very noisy and loud until late, or if they go out at your place, the window in the pool will also be uncomfortable

The downsides of the hotel is that they don't mention that parking costs $38 every day when you check in, they charge you, check the bill very much because they charge deposits, they charge for parking, and then they charged us $27 more for parking, and check, it's hard to get it back later.

This is our second time staying at this location. We loved that fact that the beach was in walking distance. (across the street) There were plenty of shopping and eating places also in walking distance The breakfast was excellent! The first morning they served chicken sausage which was a plus for me( I don't eat beef or pork) Rooms are always stocked and clean with everything you need. And one last thing. If you get in the pool there you have to change to dry clothing before entering back into the hotel. This keeps that wet, mildew smell out of the hotel.

Only thing I don't like is that it is a charge to park. I think if I am staying at your establishment it should be free or at least discounted.

Close to the beach, restos and shop stores, which is a big plus.

Cleaned our room without prior notice, our valuables are wide open, nothing lost but i just hope they would inform us before entering our private space.

We had a very nice view of Inland Waterway with a great sunset and moonrise. Block from beach, easy walking and fairly close to pier. We hung by pool the 2nd day and meet some great folks and had great conversations. The front desk was very helpful, the rooms were immaculate and up to date. Channel selection a little lacking on TV. The free breakfast was a little thin, could have had better variety, such as more fruit, yogurts, coffee choices and pastry. Other than that and a hefty price per night on the weekend, it was a fine stay. My only Real complaint was it was actually hard to find having no signage easily seen from street. Bar had a pretty good lunch menu. Generous parking, stay overnight and leave it for overnight and the next day at one price. If you visit but don't have a hotel reservation, you can still park there, but the parking rate changes daily.

Difficulty finding on Coronado. The Pina Colada at the bar was not the best though the bar tender was very nice.

The location was great for walking to beach and dinners and Marina. We loved our 7th floor room balcony facing the bay. We enjoyed sunrises there as well as seeing dolphins from the balcony. The staff in all areas of the hotel were wonderful. From the desk, valet, housekeeping, breakfast staff, maintenance workers, all were excellent .

I wished the parking had been free but…. It wasn’t

I’ve lived in Clearwater my entire life and this was by far my favorite “staycation” spot! Fantastic location (just walk thru Surfstyle and you’re at the beach), great views, laid back pool, seamless check-in and the morning breakfast was much larger than I expected! Waffles, sausage, eggs, pastries, fruit, juices. The room interior was LARGE with a full kitchen, over sized bathroom, vanity, pull out couch, swivel tv, balcony with chairs and view and table. A true gem on Americas best beach!!! I hope to be back soon!

Very close to the beach, across the street from surf n style with the island market in there...the full breakfast,pool, laundry on site, and fitness center...the restaurant were in walking distance..I would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

There wasn't anything I didn't like

The size and facilities of the room and the location were great.

Despite having communicated with the hotel by email - which was ignored - then by Facebook - and asking for an earlier check-in which we were told was in hand, on arrival, none of the rooms were ready or allocated and check-in was painfully slow. It was my wedding day and I had a make-up artist waiting. I could have done without the stress and the wait. Breakfast was crazy busy with nowhere to sit, so we couldn't sit together as a family.

Good location, great breakfast, clean, nice view from our room.

No fan in the bathroom and when you shower water gets all over the floor. None of the housekeepers knew any English. At least learn the basics for when a guest request something. I didn’t realize you took dogs, there were way too many dogs . And I almost got in the middle of a dog attack getting into the elevator.

The location was really great. To get to the beach, simply walk across the street, through the Surf Style store and you’re there. We also loved being able to walk to so many restaurants nearby. Everything was convenient. The staff were all very friendly and nice. Our room was spacious enough and clean.

I wish the breakfast options would change daily and there were more choices. The waffles had no flavor so that was very disappointing. But it was nice to be able to get breakfast every morning! Also, the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable at all!
