The location was ideal - right in the heart of downtown Miami, with easy access to shopping, dining, and transit. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials for a short stay. While breakfast wasn’t included, there were several good options nearby. The staff were professional, and luggage storage was simple and efficient. Extending for an extra night was smooth and easy.

There wasn’t much to dislike. If anything, having a microwave in the room would’ve been convenient, especially when travelling with a child. That said, I understand its absence is fairly standard for this type of hotel in the area.

I loved that the hotel was very close to the port of Miami for our cruise and that I could make shuttle arrangements in the lobby to get to the port. The vicinity of the hotel to the pharmacy and other shops around the block plus Bayfront Market Place across the road was awesome. I just wished we were staying longer. The restaurant in the lobby was good. The next morning before boarding the cruise was my friend's birthday and the 2 male waiters made her feel so Special at breakfast. It was a great beginning to her day. Thanks.

The room was very nice but the bathroom a bit cramped. Parking fee was expensive so my son changed hotel since he was staying longer in Miami and not going on the cruise with us.

The location is phenomenal - if you are visiting Miami for the first time, you can cross the street and visit Bayside Marketplace for music, food, and a stroll. The area nearby is safe, even during late-night hours. The hotel itself offers an average overall experience. Rooms, restrooms, and the lobby are all "good enough." If you are looking for a premium experience, you may leave disappointed. Nonetheless, the hotel delivers when it comes to affordability, location, comfort, and clean rooms. The staff was very cordial and attentive.

Elevators were constantly under maintenance, and many guests had to wait 20-30 minutes to take their luggage in the elevator. If you are older, this may not be optimal, since my wife and I opted for taking the stairs to our room on the 10th floor multiple times during our stay. If that's not a big deal to you, you should be fine!

The hotel staff were very friendly at check in as well as check out. We had to wait on transportation and the option to leave luggage while we went on a store run was a plus. The location was amazing. The CVS across the street and the surrounding food options was the best. The rooms were smaller but great for an overnight stay prior to cruise the following day. I originally had one bed but the staff updated me to two queens at no additional price.

The only thing I disliked about the stay is that there was a huge concert scheduled for the weekend so the testing of the sound systems outside were really loud. To noisy to attempt a nap during the time of the sound system test. I could feel as well as hear everything until they wrapped it up around 8pm.

—A whole set of guys outside by ‘valet’ but your taxi drops you off but no-one came to help bring in your luggage -No bellman to carry your luggage up to the room (well, no one offered). On checkout, was told the bellboy comes in for 9am (I was checking out at 8am) so I know they have -Expensive hotel and yes, the location is great, but at least offer breakfast for that price. You get two waters and a complimentary welcome drink….yay 😔 BUT it’s really a great location and rooms very neat and spacious enough in my opinion!

The location is just perfect in the edge of downtown Miami - with a great view of the coast and port from the upper floors. Tourist marketplace and excursion boats are just across the boulevard. The staff is very friendly, well organized and helpful. They offer free storage of your luggage until your evening flight to Europe. You do need any password to use the wifi connection... Bus 100 (stop on the other side of the boulevard) will take you to Miami beach for just 2,25 USD

There are only two slow elevators and they often do not work properly so be prepared to wait for the lift. Rooms are rather cramp, but that's what you pay for your modest rate. They offere welcome cocktail (bravo!) but be prepared for the rather old building...

Great view from the room, comfy bed, friendly staff, valet is expensive but handy in city centre, very close to a lot of what you need in Miami downtown

Valet took ages returning the car and didn’t follow order of how people arrived. There was an amenity fee which seemed a bit useless to me and should be optional, the only benefit we saw was the cocktail which was basically a size of glass above a shot glass of juice, quite frustrating to have to pay for no reason and would have probably looked elsewhere. The bathroom wasn’t the best either, the bath was pretty grim to be honest, it was okay, but for how modern the room seemed, the bathroom seemed ancient and just wasn’t clear, it seemed to be decaying

I had a problem with the check-in and the staff member Lorena called her supervisor and accommodated us and made us feel like valuable customers. she tried to rectify the problem and was diligently trying to work with booking.com to fix the situation. She was very nice and I recommend she get a raise. This hotel is worth the price and I recommend it. Very clean place.

I didn't like the back and forth between booking.com and the hotel which waisted almost an hour of my time. Both the hotel and booking should have sorted it out between them and not make me sit on a phone with booking.com rep and hotel rep going back an forth saying who was at fault at 12am. Booking.com and the hotel SHOULD have said "no problem Ms Brown you have a prepaid registration let's get you checking in and we can work out the details. " But that didn't happen until I started getting frustrated. The hotel in their defense, did call me before 9am the next day and let me know they had resolved the issue.
