The room is well accomdated, The inclusion of a simple fridge, sink, microwave and dishware make a big impact on a visitor.

The elevator is super slow, and I was on the top floor, maybe not a problem for others.

Great location, lots of facilities.

Housekeeping very hit and miss, we had to keep asking for towel change, coffee refills. Only one housekeeping service and we stayed 7 nights when it should have been every other day.

Pool and jacuzzi are open most of the day, which is great, self-service laundry. Area is green, and there is obviously a gardening team that takes amazing care of the property. Kitchen amenities were good.

On our arrival, the shower curtain was dirty, had hair stuck to it, shower facilities in general were very out-dates, dispensers were empty, and water was flowing into the shower. Water pressure was low. Very big issue as well, was that we ordered a room for 3 people and the couch was not made, and we were told on the phone "we don't do that here, you have blankets and sheets in the cupboard" This was actually a shock to us as we traveled a lot and never had a situation where the bed was not ready and, moreover, that WE need to organize it.

The room was clean and nice, the pool was clean, it was nice to be so close to it. The bar/restaurant was very serviceable. The place felt safe. The staff was nice.

The person booking us was pushy about going to the sales meeting. The water from the tap was nasty and made me sick when I drank it. There were more kids than i would like. The pool was too shallow.

Various pools to use, multiple areas to order food/drinks near pools, close by on site restaurant and golf course, close to many other things to see and do in nearby area.

There were some rowdy guests at a pool one evening, staff tried to ask them to leave however they did not leave when asked. Staff was then nearby keeping an eye on them, but we felt uncomfortable (they were loud, argumentative,, vaping and smoking near pool which was against the rules and left the area earlier than we would have liked due to the situation.

Our 1 bed villa was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were overlooking the golf course so our room was nice and quiet. The pool areas were relaxing and the grounds were well kept.

Beware of the scams at check in. The concierge invited us to a sales presentation the following morning which we accepted as it was an opportunity to learn about the locations etc for 90 minutes of our time. We were given a $200 gift card and late check out as a thank you. However, we found out later that neither of these were actually valid. Beware!

Overall a really nice stay for 3 nights. Had a "Villa" that was a flat with bedroom, shower/toilet, kitchen and living room. Everything was clean and in good condition. Much parking space in front of the different buildings. Pools are very busy and too small for a hotel in this dimension. In our first night we had a fire alarm (3 am), left the hotelroom for 15min. Then there was one again at 5.30am. That was horrific. Although the fire rescue had to come and an entire building complex was affected by the false alarm,, we were not informed by the hotel/staff about the reasons or anything else. The hotel didn't even find it necessary to provide a little goodie (voucher for a coffee or anything elese). no apology for the inconvenience, just nothing. That is simply unworthy of a Mariotte in this size and price range.

Really loved this resort. After reading reviews for so many hotels and there being so many negative ones for seemingly every resort or hotel I was really worried about what our experience might be like but I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. The resort is lovely and super clean, staff we encountered were very friendly. We were only asked once if we wanted to attend a presentation (so they could sell us a timeshare) and weren’t badgered like I thought we would be. The room was so much bigger and nicer than I expected! It was impeccably clean and was serviced every other day. The pillows were INSANELY comfy! I asked for a room in a quieter part of the resort above ground floor and that’s exactly what we got, it was so nice looking out onto the golf course.

My only complaint is that we happened to be there during hurricane Milton and we received no communication from the hotel on what to do for its impending arrival. My husband went to ask at the front desk and they just gave him a print out and said don’t park your car under a tree… the entire car park is lined with trees so this was difficult. I think they are forgetting most tourists are not used to this kind of weather so we were fairly apprehensive. However I will say the clean up operation after the hurricane was impressive and the coffee/breakfast place on site was back up and running the following morning.

The grounds of hotel were immaculate and just beautiful ,cleanliness excellent everywhere. Staff go above and beyond for you. Beds amazing! Lots of activities-.Rooms equipped with all you need and more. A fantastic resort would highly recommend!the best place I've ever stayed!!!

Was sometimes a wait for a sunbed at the pool- but the pool staff were really helpful in making sure we got ones asap.
