The hotel was close to the international terminal and a good spot for our overnight layover. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was decent.

We called the hotel when we arrived to find out where to meet the shuttle but they didn't tell us we needed to request they send the shuttle. After 45 min waiting and watching all the shuttles for other hotels go by, in some cases for the second time,, I called the hotel again and was told the shuttle only goes to the airport if requested. They said they would let the shuttle driver know we would like to be picked up and he would be there in the next HALF hour. We found another shuttle bus driver ( from a different hotel) who was willing to run us over. Waiting out side at 35* for a shuttle that is not coming was not how I wanted to spend my time at 11pm!

Highly recommend this hotel! Convenient location to the airport. Extremely clean premises and rooms, modern and updated. Staff was exceptional and extremely friendly. Awesome breakfast included with stay!

Everything was perfect. There is absolutely nothing to complain about this hotel. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. A little tricky getting to the actual hotel, as there is a Best Western right in front of it, lol.

Breakfast was standard

During my recent stay, I found the staff to be consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming. This was especially evident when I inquired about a late checkout. Despite explaining that my flight wasn't until 6 PM and I had no plans to leave the property, the staff showed little attentiveness or willingness to help. I was informed—without any attempt at accommodation—that checkout was strictly at 12 PM, and staying later would require booking an additional night. My disappointment stems less from the refusal itself and more from the unprofessional and indifferent attitude displayed throughout the interaction. Overall, the level of customer service did not meet expectations.

The hotel was nice, clean, good size, and quiet. It had a good overall appearance. Everything worked well. I liked the TV channel options. The breakfast was pretty good, with a mix of hot and cold selections. Plenty of seating. Clean breakfast area. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Located right off the freeway. Near the airport, but rarely heard planes fly over. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Tip: Hapeville Pizza offers high quality ingredients and a tasty pizza. A little pricey but worth it.

Diced potatoes were cold. The gated parking lot is a little tricky to get to, but it was fine.

Every thing was wonderful! We arrived at midnight and the front desk lady (11.6-11.7, 2024, sorry I forgot her name) welcomed us warmly and had every thing set immediately! I appreciated them printing all the useful info out for guests' reference so no confusion could ever disrupt the experience. (trust me, someone's handwriting of the wi-fi access code was just impossible to recognize at the first 5 guesses.) And the room was spacious, extremely clean, with well equipped bathroom and super nice water. Definitely a spot for our next Atlanta airport stay!

Not quite a con, it just costs $10 for parking, fairly okay. And the turn to access this hotel was kinda easy to miss during late night, be very cautious when you approach the iHOP.

Excellent breakfast, wide variety.

We only stayed one night and left for the airport at 0430 the next morning. The desk clerk was friendly and knowledgeable and booked the shuttle for us. The room was spacious and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was updated and roomy. We were away from home for 10 days total, and this was our favorite hotel.

We liked everything. Can't comment on the breakfast because we left at 0430 in the morning. The shuttle driver could have been a little friendlier, but after all, it was 0430 in the morning.

I loved how close we were to the airport. The hotel and the room itself were really clean and pretty quiet. Bed was comfy as well.

On the booking, it showed that there was a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. That was our main goal when we were booking a hotel for a reasonable price. Maybe I missed it somewhere, but unfortunately, it was only when we arrived that I found out that they only do domestic pick up/drop off.

The breakfast was excellent and thanking the ladies to prepare it deliciously and serve enough that we can eat as much, go for second helping or as much as you can eat to enjoy. Bless the kitchen staff and wishing them merry xmas and happy new year.

A little bit of confusion in regards to shuttle to and fro, however the reception staff were very helpful and therefore it was all sorted out and reached the hotel safely. Loved that the room was modern, clean and spacious. The bed linens were of great quality and comfortable. Breakfast area was also clean and modern with plenty of space to sit and enjoy a meal. The breakfast spread was great for an inclusive breakfast. I met the cook and she definitely was proud of her area and meals she prepared. She kept the area very tidy and clean. She was awesome! Thank you for the free parking and the shuttle to the airport. That convenience that was included was a seller for me.

It was confusing getting into the Holiday Inn as a Best Western is what you saw first. Come to fine out it was the same entrance for both. The confusion was added by the fact that the entry was in between two fast food places from the main road, as I recall. The area is what it is. Just didn't go out at night. The convenience close to the airport is what we cared about. The double bed room would have been nice if they were queen size as I was expecting. Me and the hubby were a bit snugged, but the bed was very comfortable. So for one night, we made due.
