It was quite an experience to have that level of hospitality. The four seasons went above and beyond to make our anniversary be one of the most relaxing and indulgent experiences. I'll be back to celebrate my birthday for sure.

The veranda below us had a huge wedding party and in the mornings they'd all take turns using their phones and screaming into the wind. We can hear exactly what they were saying which was really disruptive considering we were 32 floors up. This is nothing to do with the hotel because when I asked they offered to check on it.

The environment was great! Everything was luxurious! The location was perfect! The bed and pillows were comfortable. The food and drinks were delicious. The spa was relaxing and rejuvenating. I will definitely return.

I couldn't get the night spa service that was advertised. It was our anniversary so I wanted us to experience something new and different, but they couldn't find anyone to work after hours while we were there. The spa service we received was nice just not the original one I wanted.

Great staff, clean, central location. Really liked the lake-facing room.

I guess a hotel with an indoor pool during spring break / Easter was a hot commodity for families. Who knew? We couldn’t even use the spa and pool due to the number of children in them at almost all hours. No adult only use time here.

A stay at the Four Seasons is a luxurious experience, expensive but worth it. The facilities at the Chicago location offer an escape from the hustle and bustle of the busy downtown area. The (city) views from the south facing side of the building are amazing.

The room was incredible, the location was perfect! The service was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I won’t stay anywhere else! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Love the text option to order room service or to ask questions. Beds were comfortable

I have stayed here many times; tried other places but keep going back and I won't stray again; The staff goes out of their way every time to see that I am happy. Right down town in the heart of the city location. So easy to get around by walking or uber/taxi. Best bed I have ever slept in; quiet . New chef who has gone over the top with the Adorn menu.

Gorgeous property, excellent location! The staff was amazing! Beautiful room and the spa services were top notch!

The restaurant breakfast was not the best.

3 or 4 lifts out of service on our day of departure; in room drinks fridge locked and despite request never unlocked ( though not actually needed)

-Some of the gym equipment were dated. The gym could use an update. -one rude door man, needs to be retrained on understanding the clientele at four seasons.

Room was very nice, bed was very comfortable. The house keeping was excellent, addressing our needs immediately.
