The location was perfect! Indy is a very walkable city already, but this location in particular seemed to be very centrally located. We took a short 15 minute walk to some distilleries in the Fletcher or Fountain Square area, I think it was called. Parking at a nearby garage was also very economical and easy. I loved the bar and outdoor seating area for a cup of coffee or cocktail nightcap. Breakfast was pretty good too, as far as hotel free breakfast goes.

I would for sure request a room on the backside of the hotel or a higher floor next time. We were on the 3rd floor, facing Pennsylvania I believe and the music that plays in the lobby/outside patio plays all night long. I had trouble sleeping because I could hear it and it kept waking me up. You should turn that off, at least in the outside speakers once the bar closes. It literally runs all night long. Other than that, I have no complaints!

We were in town for a Fever game. Hotel is literally across the street. The staff was very nice and friendly. Room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only negative was the loud cars and motorcycles that were driving by. The crowd was loud after the Fever game (even though they lost) and the next night when the Pacers won. That's understandable. Our room faced Gainbridge so if you want a good night's sleep maybe get a room in a different part of the hotel. I would, however, definitely stay here again.

It's a Hyatt House, so the room felt more like a home to myself than a typical sterile hotel room. Living space, a full-on kitchen with stove, microwave/oven, toaster, dishwasher, and a full-sized fridge. Laundry room and a gym was also available, but I didn't need to use them this time. The view of the Field House wasn't bad either. The calzone place down stairs was alright. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Not exactly close to the convention center, but the electric scooters made a quick work of the travels. It also means it's less busy than the others, so less noise and distractions, which is nice. Felt like the heater couldn't keep up with the cold and had to set the thermostat to 78F to be kind of warm, but to be fair, this was in the middle of December..

Clean and comfy, all the extras you could ask for!! All the staff were helpful and accommodating. The beds were amazing and comfortable! We will def be back!! Pool was amazing too!!

Only thing I can say as maybe a little constructive criticism, if the pool is “heated” as advertised, then it needs turned up. If it isn’t heated, then you need to remove that from the advertisement. Also, the bathroom had no working fan, so the mirror would stay steamed up and it would not smell the greatest.

The hotel itself is great

When I came in I said: I booked on booking.com and requested to have parking included - they said no problem we dont usually do it but since I see the note I can do it for you, you only need to present this piece of paper when you leave. And when I left they charged me for parking. When I explaned to management they refused to reimburse me for the whole parking. I have never been to a place that addas a service to you account without confirming how much it will be before hand. Would I have known it was going to be a paying service I would have parked for free at my friend's hotel. I love Hyatt but this experience really makes me second guess staying at hyatts in the future.

I got a lot for what I paid. I was going to stay at a hotel I usually stay at, but this one was cheaper and just right across the street from Gainbridge Fieldhouse, so I thought I would try it out. I liked having a separate bedroom, and it was cool it had its own TV. Had a great view of Indianapolis. If I had stayed longer, I would have utilized the nice kitchen. The gym had a wide variety of equipment. There also was a pool that I would take advantage of if I stay there again. The breakfast bar had a lot more variety than I have experienced in other hotels.

The sliding door to the bathroom and the sliding shower door were a bit on the heavy side to slide comfortably. But that would not deter me from staying there again.

Breakfast options were fantastic. Location was great. It was clean and everyone was friendly!

They only had one server at the restaurant on a game night. It was slow and our order got screwed up but the server himself was great! He was just overwhelmed. I also didn’t like that you couldn’t access the stairs from the main floors. So after the game the elevators were super busy. I also didn’t realize it was going to be an additional $52 a day to park at this hotel.

Location is perfect! Across the street is the Pacers stadium which is great to catch a game or concert when in town. The hotel is located in walking distance of various venues, restaurants, n things to do! The parking n valet is great right next door n connected to the hotel. The hotel lobby n building is stunning! Front desk service employees informative, friendly, n well dressed. The room is decorated beautifully, modern but not over the top! The room had everything you want n needed. Large kitchen area, table to eat at, appliances, silverware, just like home! The living room couch was very comfortable and large. The bathroom - one of the most updated I’ve stayed at and n amazing shower! The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! Large big screen that turned so it could be watched in either room! I highly recommend the downstairs bar area great selection, prices, and bartender! I didn’t get to try the hotel restaurant I had other arrangements elsewhere, but definitely give it try next time I’m in town! Everything from the garage, the hotel lobby, hallways, room were very clean! Highly recommend and treat yourself!

The parking!!! The parking garage next to the hotel was $43 per day!! If it's valet it's $48!! If we stay there as a guest, why can't we get parking discount??? Luckily, I found a parking garage "cheaper" somewhere else but with a longer walk to get between the hotel and the parking garage. For the fellow travelers reading this, do your research before you reach your destination and find a a cheaper parking garage somewhere else.

Excellent, clean hotel. Our room was a king with kitchen and pullout. The room was huge and had a very nice layout. The only issue was the street noise at night on a Saturday. Recommend getting a room on the other side of the hotel. The bar, breakfast, and outdoor seating area are very nice.

The street noise on the Pennsylvania Street side was excessive and didn't stop until 4 AM on Saturday night. Cars revving, blasting radios, etc. Recommend getting a room on the other side of the hotel.
