Parking when the Night Club and the Event Rooms are occupied is a pure nightmare for guests staying at the hotel. I am disabled and could not find parking and had to park and walk from the back of the hotel entrance. The Events and Nightclub people should be made park at the back and left side of the entrance so that the people staying at the hotel can park in front or the right side of the building.

Great proximity to many restaurants and supermarkets. The area is safe and clean. Located next to the highway so it’s easy to access many sites. The room is spacious and clean. I loved that there was a mini fridge and a microwave!

The bedroom did not exactly have its own ceiling lights, so it wasn’t very bright, which I did not mind. There are multiple other light sources which were sufficient in my opinion.

The reception was good, cleanliness and services from all the staff. The WiFi was perfect. I also liked the security at the facility.

I would have liked to be provided with bottled drinking water and breakfast to be included on the room service

I called front desk and they fix the toilet within 30 minutes. All staff were very courteous, maintenance was very quick & efficient.

When we got there, the toilet had a tag on it say that it was sanitized however it wouldn’t soup running. so whoever “sanitized” the toilet should’ve known that the toilet was not working properly.

I liked the location, king size bed, the shower was nice and there’s a microwave in the room.

The bathroom sink had a very slow drain and the water was overflowing. I called down to guest services and was able to put in a ticket. Maintenance came to the room and successfully snaked the drain. The water was flowing perfectly afterwards.

I like that there is a restaurant. The room was very clean if you ask the staff for clean towels and wash clothes they made sure you received them in a timely manner. Over all the it was quiet and relaxing.

I feel if you pay all that money for your room you should not have to pay for breakfast.over all I like that. The breakfast was no on time and it was cold and i had to warm it up before eating. Served oatmeal out of the pack instead of cooking it like they use to. I don't like the fact that the pool is not usable.

The outside of the hotel needs additional lighting and the elevators need to be updated they are super small for such a big hotel. Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work and is definitely needed.

The club was really nice. The D.J on Saturday was better then the one on Friday. The security staff did a good job keeping the hallways clear.

When three people came up to an adjoining room late and remained loud through midnight, I asked the front desk for a quiet room and was moved to one with no neighbors without issue. Location also great- just an exit away from the metro.

The location and parking

The chairs in the rooms are old and faded. Same with the chairs at the lobby downstairs. The rugs on the corridor though clean looks dirty because of the length of use!
