Noah was very helpful, friendly, and informative. The rooms were great, very clean and well laid out. Bathroom was very functional and nice. Sink and counter were large enough to keep my things laid out, and not have to battle my wife for space. Bed was comfy, and a/c worked great. Plenty of places to plug in and charge. Restaurant / bar was near the front of the hotel, very convenient. Had a nice little area outside with plants and a fire pit.

Not a deal breaker - bathroom did not have a fan, but did have a nice solid real door, not one of those "barn" doors. Also - the shower had a straight shower curtain rod - I am a big guy, had to stand sideways in the shower (not uncommon for me), but i do prefer the round shower curtain rods for a little shoulder room.

The breakfast area had a sign that read "Breakfast $20 per person" and we were on a tight budget, so we didn't eat it.

The $75 deposit that I wasn't informed of until the moment of check-in was a frustrating moment. Especially since it still hasn't been deposited back into my account (5-7 days possibly). Unfortunately, we were on a budget and that $75 was going to be used towards a Lyft ride to and from the concert we attended. We had to take public busses to the show. But, after speaking with the hotel via text, Noah at the Freepoint sent a Lyft to pick us up. That was very much appreciated. I'm sure most people wouldn't be bothered by paying the $75 and getting by without until getting it back, but a few of us are on tight budgets from time to time. I just think the deposit should be included in the initial booking amount and not a surprise at the counter upon arrival.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Having a robe was a nice touch. Loved having a bar where I could grab a glass of wine and head to my room at night!

The bathroom fixtures were very worn although clean. The towels were very scratchy and did not meet my expectations. The room next door was occupied by a woman and a child who was allowed to scream and be as loud as they wanted-not the fault of the hotel but perhaps no one should have been in the room next to them. Also, I was told the room would be cleaned every other day and it was not.

My room was huge and super comfortable. It had everything I needed. It is located super close to a bus stop that I used to arrive punctually to my destination in less than 10 minutes. There is a mall just next door, a Starbucks and a Dunkin' donuts, and the restaurant at the hotel is pretty good. Maria, the kitchen supervisor, is the sweetest person and one of the better aspects of my visit. She offers an outstanding customer service and makes the best Martini's!

Location, value, staff was very helpful.

Some disorganization with the housekeeping staff getting rooms ready on time. Check-in is at 3pm. I arrived at 4pm, and the room wasn't ready. The key system was down, which caused some hiccups, but the master keys worked. The front of house staff were very helpful and flexible, but it seemed their problem-solving was severely hindered by a housekeeping staff that was routinely behind on getting rooms cleaned and turned over.

Great Architecture combined with soothing interiors . The location was very safe and convenient for family with Starbucks, Whole Foods and Dunkin' in step out distance.

Breakfast should have been included in the price, such as Raddisson or Marriot. Membership should commence on staying for the 1st time , so the chain all over America can be considered for Freepoint.

The courtesy by the front office staff was excellent. The lady who was on duty when I arrived on Saturday about 14:00hrs through to Sunday morning was very courteous and professional. The other two who took over on Sunday afternoon were also very good.

Was immediately treated like a VIP from the moment I checked in until even after check out. Chantal at the reception was so helpful with everything I needed and more. she really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Zac at the bar was extremely kind, genuine and professional, and Monty the operational manager, made sure to check in on me to make sure all went well. The drinks were amazing and so was the food. Not to mention Yodit and Noah, they were both extremely kind and helpful. I really felt at home during my stay and had an exceptional experience. Everything from the very clean and spacious rooms, to the comfortable beds, to the fully equipped fitness center, to the downstairs seating lounge area was five star quality. It was also convenient how close it was to so many restaurants and stores. I will routinely return whenever I’m in town.

That I couldn’t stay longer.

Stayed one night. Clean, comfortable room. Close to a Red Line station and bus stops if you want to travel further into Cambridge or Central Boston. There is a $25 destination fee per night (i assume this is similar to city tax when staying in Europe), though that amount can be used as credit in the restaurant on food and drinks.

The outdoor patio was amazing. It was very modern with a beautiful garden and a small fire pit. It was fun to eat outside during breakfast and to have a drink with my husband in the patio after an all day excursion to Boston and Cambridge. I have been to a lot of hotels but I have never seen an outside patio as nice as Freepoints. Very nice staff and nice rooms added to a nice stay.

Our TV did not work but the hotel staff responded immediately.
