Wow, what a massive operation compared to the Mahwah setup.... but it was run very efficiently and smoothly. Free beakfast spread was wonderful, and the workout room was easy to access, spacious, and nice to use even for my young daughter.

While the garage parking is attached and easy to use, every night we got back late and got one of the last couple spots at the top floor, it was always stressful for us if we'd get a parking space, but I hear that you can use a neighboring lot outside if you really have to. That said, I always parked next to an elevator in the garage and it was lightning quick to get to the room from the same elevator bank. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, but that should be expected of all sofa beds.

The property seemed safe, didn’t have to worry about my car being broken into or anything sketchy. Very easy to access the highway. Room was pretty clean with nice views. Ice machine worked very well

Extra charge for early check in wasn’t my favorite but had no where else to go so just accepted it. We were given a handicap accessible room so the shower was larger but there was also water pooled all over the floor even though there was a drain for that. Pancakes for the breakfast buffet were very rubbery.

Comfortable and clean hotel. Easy parking both valet and drive in. Good location for transit bus into NYC less than 5min walk. Good gym. Staff on the whole were helpful and friendly. Would stay again

Could have been better variety at breakfast which was also quite busy at times though its a large hotel. A very small number of staff were unhelpful though overall staff were friendly. Very minor negatives compared with positives

Location was great to be close to Newark but not in Newark. Went to a Devil's game and appreciated the hotel. Room was very nice, temperature was good and the shower was lovely. Slept like a baby.

The parking was a situation. When we got back from the game, there was not a single spot to park in unless you went to the "valet parking only" area. Which is what we ended up doing. Not the biggest deal, but not fun when you come home from a hockey game to try and find parking.

It was a great location for getting to New York by car or bus, with good access to the freeway. Valet parking was also provided free of charge. The accommodation was spacious, so it was comfortable and nice to use alone.

Breakfast needs to be paid for and the quality needs to be improved a bit. There really wasn't anything to eat. The accommodation was comfortable, but the room next to the highway was too noisy and not soundproofed. Next time you choose this accommodation, just ask for an even numbered room when checking in. The odd numbered rooms are really noisy. You can go to New York by bus. It's $9 for a round trip. The bus stop is in front of the Marriott Hotel. Such traffic information, etc. was not provided by the hotel. There are no brochures. This is what I checked on the internet.

Location was very convenient, right off the highway. After a long day, we especially appreciated the water, coffee and tea as soon as you walk in, and the staff at the front desk were always very nice. The hotel seemed in good condition and was not run down. Beds were very comfortable, and we did not hear any other guests during our entire stay. Breakfast was great and served until 10am(?) so we did not have to rush down and were able to eat in peace!

Valet parking spaces took up a lot of spots so there were not enough spots for self-parking. The bathrooms are a bit small, and there is no door to muffle the sound of the sink where you wash your hands after using the toilet (so you don't disturb others who are sleeping).

The amenities and the complimentary breakfast. Also, the one-bedroom suite.

I went for my daughter’s 13th birthday . I took for teenagers with me and slept on the pull out sofa bed. When I pulled out the sofa bed , the mattress looked very worn down like it was burnt and the mattress cover was dirty. I called down to the Lobby right away and unfortunately the maintenance person was not in to change the mattress but they were able to give me a different mattress cover .

I loved the suit. It was definitely worth the price for my families comfort. Everything worked wonderfully. The staff was great. I truly appreciated the security as well. Closed gate and room key access to get in the hotel from the garage made me feel more comfortable going to and from my car. The hot breakfast was also appreciated.

The shower head was uncomfortable to bath my little ones.

The free hot breakfast was great for my family of five. Waffle station, bacon or sausage, eggs or omelets, cereals, pastries and fresh fruit. There is complimentary dinner offered on Wednesdays from 5-7 but when I arrived at 6:45, everything was put up. We also enjoyed the complimentary valet service.

Housekeeping needs help. I had to repeatedly ask for towels with long wait times. We were a family of five and were only provided enough for three. Asked for toilet paper and waiting almost two hours. There were dirty socks and trash left under the sink and in the recycling bin. I don't think they are doing any quality control checks behind the Housekeeping team becuase the amount of trash left behind, shouldn't have been missed.

I really love when a hotel and rooms are the way advertised and this one was clean, modern,friendly staff. The parking garage was a great addition no one able to enter unless they stayed at the hotel.

The second leg of our stay some kids were running through the hallway. Other than that it was fairly quiet.
